Family friendly spot. Good location to lake lure and chimney rock areas. Host provided guidance and recommendations for the area. Would stay again.

Wonderful cozy cabin. The cabin is much nicer than the photos reveal. Scott was a great host, messaged us with suggestions on restaurants and hikes which we inquired about. He also asked us what temperature we want the a/c and hot tub set to - no host has ever asked us this to prepare for our arrival. Property is in a great location for visiting the area, We highly suggest this cabin for anyone looking to stay in the Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area, you won’t be disappointed.

The property was as described and clean upon arrival. The location was perfect for a weekend of relaxation and was close to both Chimney Rock and Lake Lure towns and close to the Chimney Rock State Park and also Rumbling Bald trail head. The area was quiet and secluded for a relaxing time in the hot tub.Scott was great about communication and gave us suggestions for restaurants before we arrived. He also asked what temperature we would like the house and hot tub before arriving. We were able to check in early the day we came and enjoy the facilities to the fullest. We only had two of us stay there but there was plenty of room for the entire family. We would like to come back with the family at some point. Excellent experience overall.

5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Richard & his wife! Richard and his wife were wonderful guests and we truly enjoyed hosting them for their 42nd anniversary getaway. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and they were thoughtful, respectful, and easy to work with throughout their stay. They took great care of the cabin and left everything in excellent condition. We especially appreciated how easy they were to communicate with regarding their arrival and preferences. It was a pleasure helping them plan a few things to enjoy around Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, and we’re so glad they had a relaxing anniversary weekend and enjoyed the hot tub and the cabin. We would be very happy to host Richard and his family again anytime. We highly recommend him to other hosts!
