Enjoy the comforts of this 1300s/f townhome centrally located on 7mile beach. Our home features a living room with dining area, well equipped kitchen , 2 very spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The primary BR has a King bed and the guest room has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, Also provided is a phone for local calls, cable TV , Wi-Fi and Netflix . Just 40 steps from the condo, you will be on a beautiful wide, white sand beach..no erosion here. Only 45 condos share this 400 feet of beachfrontā€¦ lots of personal space with no struggle for lounge chairs or shade. The beautifully maintained grounds features a heated pool , pool house with ping pong table, lending library and commercial ice machine. The location is superb. Within a 15 minute beach walk are multiple restaurants as well as the Ritz, the Westin and the Kimpton Seafire Resort with multiple dining facilities.
Prior to your arrival, I will send an island tote bag with lots of Cayman Island and condo information tucked inside..

Fantastic location and property! Absolutely loved the beach and pool. We did not have a car, but taxis were easy to get. West Bay and Georgetown had lots to offer. I would highly recommend this property and the owners and manager were very accessible! We had no issues whatsoever and will gladly go back!

Perfect spot!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The owners sent us a kit to help prepare us for our stay. Everyone was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place has a gorgeous view of the beach as well as the well manicured grounds. It is not too crowded but there were several families throughout our stay that the kids played with. The location is easy to get to and close to all the things we wanted to do. Definitely would stay again!

Mother Daughter Girls Trip

2 moms getting away with their 13 year old daughters for Spring Break. The condo feels like a home! Location is great. Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. Owners very responsive! My daughter so loved the primary room, she wants to redecorate her room when we get home!

The place is nice and well equipped. The beach is great and there are private beach chairs and umbrellas. Great place to stay when visiting Grand Caymon.

There is only one place to stay in the Caymans...

...and it's here. My wife and I with our 3 1/2-year-old and seven month old kids stayed here for a week. We had plans to drive all over the island and see all the sights, but we ended up staying here on 7 mile beach and this condo pretty much the whole time. There really is no need to go anywhere because everything you need is right here. The most pristine beach you've ever seen is steps away, and when or if you get tired of that, there is a pool right behind you. If you get tired of that, there is a Cayman sea turtle center 5 mins up the road, restaurants up and down the beach, and shopping five and 10 minutes away in Camana Bay and Georgetown. There really isn't enough to say about the place other than it's perfect and we're gonna be back next year.

Great place!

We loved this condo! Itā€™s the perfect location on the beach and lots of space on the beach so youā€™re not crowded in like the hotels. The public beach access is right next door, but the cruise ship people stay on the public beach side. My kids loved having a pool right by the beach and played ping pong in the pool house. We rented jet skis next door at the Kimtpon and ate at the Cocoloba there for lunch which was nice and easy! The condo is clean and all we needed! The only negatives were the matresses were all pretty squeaky and we did not shower in the master bathroom shower. There was no water pressure so we had to all use the other bathroom. All in all we had a lovely stay and would come back!

Just amazing

This gem of a place was well situated on the west bay. It is clean and actually larger than the pictures. Jon and Carol are excellent hosts and even sent us a package of tips and tricks of the trade only a local could know. We loved our time In the caymans and this lovely condo was a big reason why ā€” steps to a heated pool and a white sand beach! With little kids, this was essential!

True Paradise

This condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. Our children loved to admire all of the carefully chosen decorations in the bedrooms. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, and other items to cook with during our stay. We loved the location on this beautiful part of 7 mile beach. Our time at the beach in front of the condo was always quiet and never too crowded. It was a very short distance from the condo to the sand which makes the walk a lot easier with small children. There were even some sand and pool toys for our children to borrow during our stay. The pool area is also very clean and the grounds are well maintained. We really appreciated the owners sending us a packet of information about the island before our arrival. They took the time to give suggestions about restaurants, activities and sites to visit. They even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Harbour Heights and especially this condo!

Excellent condo with great owners

We just completed our stay at Jon and Carol's condo and had a great time. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for 4 teenagers and everything else in the condo is exactly as described. This is also a great location on 7 mile beach that has not been affected by erosion as some other areas south. We would 100% recommend this unit if you are having a difficult time deciding.

Great Condo & Great Location

This condo was an amazing stay for our family. The location and accommodations were fantastic. Owners sent us a packet of information and goodies to improve our stay. Beach was amazing and pool was awesome. I would recommend new cookware, the Teflon pans were a bit iffy. Otherwise everything else was perfect, and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 boys (ages 14 and 11). This property was perfect for us - plenty of room for us to spread out. Nicely decorated and very clean. Exactly as pictured! Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and the ac worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed (plastic cups for the beach/pool, blender, etc). There was even a cooler available to use! Jon and Carol were super helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We loved the welcome pack then sent us prior to our arrival! We did the stingray tour and the kayak tour of Bio Bay (really amazing). We found the beach to be absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see so many fish and we even saw a turtle one day. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves, but it did get a little busy with the public beach next door when the cruise ships came in for the mornings. (Harbour Heights has their own private seating, so it didn't affect us too much). Grocery store (Fosters) was conveniently located nearby - we pre-ordered stuff for breakfast and snacks prior to arrival and then picked up on our way in from the airport. Really liked the food truck (Murph's kitchen) next door too. Would call to order than walk over to get and bring back. Very convenient for lunch and food was great. All in all we had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to return in the future!

Ideal Grand Cayman Family vacation spot

We had a great week in this condo. Two kids, two adults. The condo is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, with a fabulous piece of beach. The condo itself is a little dated but we didnā€™t mind in the slightest. Itā€™s very clean and has everything you need. There is a 10 (?) story condo bldg going up next door so we were a little disturbed by the construction noise when we arrived. But it didnā€™t bother us much.

Loved Caymans and Jon and Carolā€™s great condo!!

This was such a great experience. Jon and Carol are so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. The condo is just what we needed! Great location, clean and loved we had bedrooms upstairs so boys could have some privacy! The condo was well appointed and has a great ocean view. Staff around the condo was great and the grounds were very neat and nicely landscaped. We will definitely come back for our next Cayman trip.

Fabulous Property, Great Vacation!

Absolutely wonderful vacation! Unit was in great condition, clean and well appointed with all the necessary items. Added bonus was a closet stuffed with floats, skim boards, noodles, etc. to make the beach and pool a blast for the kids. Location was spectacular walk about a half mile to loads of great restaurants. Crystal clear water with no rocks and a massive area to swim/snorkel. No boat traffic so always felt safe. Always plenty of room to spread out and relax and most days it felt like we were on a private beach. No getting up at 6am to reserve chairs like at the resorts! Plenty of space... plenty of chairs. Grounds are well maintained, staff was attentive and lovely to work with, friendly owners of other units. Jon and Carol were a dream to work with as they gave us loads of great information, recommendations on restaurants, boat excursions, etc. We will definitely go back and stay here. Dream vacation!

Grand Cayman and our complex has so much to offer! One of the best deep sand beach location on 7 mile beach with no boulders , iron shore or beach erosion Just a beautiful sand entrance to the water!
Our complex is poured in place concrete construction.. very quiet between units.
