The typical Majorcan Casa Mediterranea is situated on the outskirts of Cala Llombards, a tranquil coastal town that is unspoilt by mass tourism, and only 1 km from the beach. The property borders on uncultivated agricultural land and offers a clear view of the surrounding area. The famous bay "Caló des Moro / Cala S'Almunia" is only 1.6 km away.

The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them air-conditioned) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair. In the idyllic outdoor area with a covered terrace and many open spaces, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, you can enjoy relaxing holidays. A portable grill is available. The small pool offers refreshment at any time. A highlight is without doubt the roof terrace with sea view and fresh breeze, which invites you to sunbathe and linger.

A supermarket and a village pub are within walking distance (600 m), numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are located 5 km away in Santanyi or 4 km away in Es Llombards. The next sandy beach, Cala Llombards, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot (1.1 km), the romantic, unspoilt sandy beach Caló des Moro in about 20 minutes (1.6 km).





Parking spaces are available on the street.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

We live on an island, so responsible use of resources is very important. Additional costs for water and electricity are included in the price as long as they are used responsibly. Excessive use may result in additional costs.



IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the house.

The minimum stay allowed must be respected during the whole stay in the house.

If any of these rules are not followed, we will be obliged to take immediate action and, if necessary, to evict the guests from the house.
