▶️ PARKING POLICY
• Driveway Parking: There are two parking spaces available on the private driveway that can accommodate most cars, SUVs, and minivans.
• Street Parking: Day-time street parking is available for guests.
• ⚠️ Strict Regulation: Absolutely NO PARKING on the street after 9:00 PM. Per community HOA enforcement, violating vehicles will be TOWED immediately at the owner's expense.

🐾 NO PETS ALLOWED
• To ensure a pristine and healthy environment for all traveling families, PETS OF ANY KIND (including cats and dogs) ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a deep-cleaning fee.

🙅‍♂️ STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
• This property is exclusively designed for relaxing family vacations. Any form of events, parties, gatherings, or commercial activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violations will result in immediate eviction by local authorities without a refund.

🏊 OPTIONAL POOL & SPA HEATING
• Heating Fees: Daily pool heating is available at $40/day, and spa heating is $25/day. Rates apply to the entire duration of your stay.
• Important Note: The in-ground spa will not heat up unless the spa heating option is paid for. If no heating options are selected, the pool and spa water will remain cold.
• Setup & Schedule: We highly recommend pool heating from October to April. To add this service, simply message us after completing your booking, and we will send a payment request. All heating requests must be prepaid and arranged prior to your arrival (cannot be added after check-in).
• Temperature Disclaimer: The pool heater is set to 90°F. However, actual water temperatures are highly dependent on outside weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed during extreme cold snaps.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING (A/C) CONTROL
• For optimal system performance and comfort, guests are welcome to adjust the A/C cooling temperature within a standard residential range of 70°F to 80°F.

🧺 WASHER & DRYER USAGE
• In-unit laundry appliances are provided complimentary for reasonable, standard household use. Extreme or excessive usage significantly beyond normal vacation needs will incur additional utility fees at the management's discretion.

♻️ COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE & TRASH
• Guests are required to comply with all gated community regulations, including proper bagged trash disposal and neighborhood guidelines. Any HOA fines incurred due to negligence during the stay will be charged entirely to the guest.
