A sunny resort home featuring a west facing pool deck with hot tub and games room. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space to relax with two living areas. Solana Resort is a well-situated gated community with fantastic amenities; all within minutes of all the popular shopping and dining options and 20 mins from Disney.

The bright living area has comfortable sofas looking out to the pool area. There is a large TV with cable services and high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area, or formal dining area to share a meal together. Or why not dine outdoors with patio seating for 10.

The pool deck faces west and enjoys the Florida sunshine from midday to the end of the day. Splash around in the crystal clear pool, relax on the loungers or soak in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Pool/hot tub heating is available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master bedroom, with access to the pool deck, boasts a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden bath tub, plus large closet. There are two twin bedroom that the children will love, that share a bathroom. There is a further sophisticated queen bedroom with own bathroom.

Don’t forget about the games room! There is hours of fun to be had with the pool table and foosball.
Washer and dryer available for guest use. Pets where agreed - $95 additional cleaning.

Solana is a well-kept gated resort and boasts a large community pool area, tiki bar, children’s play area plus beach volleyball and mini-golf. At the clubhouse, there is a fitness center and lounge area. The home is conveniently located close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Solana Resort is located well for Disney parks (around 20 mins), Universal (45 mins) and Legoland (25 mins). Also close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
