This ocean view condo was recently updated with premium furnishings and modern coastal décor, offering stunning views of the Gulf and a relaxing beachfront setting. The spacious open-concept layout provides plenty of room for families and groups to gather, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms offering comfort and privacy for everyone. Enjoy easy access to the beach and the heated beachfront pool with two onsite elevators and private beach access just steps away.

The oversized primary suite features a king bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, stunning ocean views, and direct access to the private balcony, creating the perfect beachfront retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, making the condo an excellent choice for families and groups. The condo offers two full bathrooms, including the primary ensuite with a double vanity and shower/tub combination, as well as a full hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with quartz countertops, providing a clean and modern finish. The open living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach, with ample seating and sliding glass doors that open to the private ocean view balcony. The recently updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside from either the living room or the primary suite to enjoy Gulf views from your own private balcony. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private washer and dryer for guest use.

Loved the Property

The unit was clean, updated and well stocked. So close to beach and the pool was great. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful view

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Beautiful view from the balcony of the gulf. Beds were comfortable as were the other accommodations. Only downsize was the unit overlooked another property and noise at all hours in their pool area.

Peaceful & clean beach/nice unit

Check-in was super easy. Covered parking. Lovely unit that was well equipped. Steps away to your beach chair from the unit. We went in early May and the beach was perfect. Calm shallow waters and white powdery sand. Beautiful sunsets. The area feels very safe and our stay was very relaxing.

Amazing Property

Great condo super close to the beach. Fun to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night. Great for kids and plenty of room. Only down side is the balcony is overlooking the pool area to the condo next door. The people there were very loud and lots of parties. The pool for this condo was perfect and beach access was easy. Beach was great and not very crowded. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location and functional

This was a great location! We spent time in Clearwater, the town of St. Petersburg, St. Pete's Beach and John's Pass which are fun areas. You can't beat proximity to the gulf in this unit and we rented the blue beach chairs ($35/day). We enjoyed the pool but also wished they had a hot tub because a few days were cooler. The unit is spacious which was nice for our family of 6, but needs a little TLC. The tile floors are not secured well and make a grinding noise when you walk. The master bedroom door to the lanai can only be closed by pushing it closed from the lanai and the washing machine doesn't spin. With new floors and updated appliances, this place would be quite a gem!

Palms

Unit needs updating and a deep cleaning, had to pick up keys and parking pass from leasing agent 2 miles away, not convenient at all. Keys to pools worked poorly. However, view and access to beach and pool were amazing.

Paradise!

We had a fabulous 10 day stay right on the ocean front. Such a beautiful view to wake up to and hear the waves crashing at night. We came back to Wisconsin with the much needed 🙌 Vaca we needed! Thanks for making this trip memorable. We hope to come back real soon!

Great location

This condo is great because of the beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. We sat on the porch every morning. The area is secure, requires a key to get to main building and pool. The pool is heated and was great on cooler days. The unit had comfortable beds, plenty of beach towels. We would come back again!

Wonderful location

The unit itself was nicely decorated and spacious. We had a terrible time with the cable and internet. We could only get 2 stations on the main TV. The master bedroom TV could not get any stations (ROKU). Kept getting error messages referencing weak signal. The location was convenient.

2020 summer vacation

Silver ware was dirty and inside drawers were moldy. We cleaned inside kitchen drawers. As well we had to wipe down everything, dusty and sticky in places. But location was perfect and our overall stay was very nice.

Beach Shores 302

We have stayed at the Beach Shores condo over the years. It was clean and very enjoyable. WE had everything we needed to cook enjoyable meals ans snacks. We loved the pool and private beach. We often took the local trolley/bus to Johns pass for shopping, jet skis, a pirate boat adventure and dinner cruise. We have para-sailed in the past, but the weather did not permit this time....but we will be back!

Beautiful Condo Good View of Great Beach

5 adults and a teenager all enjoyed living in this beautiful condo Lots of space in living area and a very well stocked kitchen for all the cooks All the beds were comfortable (firm) Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting Spent all our time on the beach !

Loved this condo #302.

This was a great location. 10 mins from johns pass and 20 mins from clearwater. Condo was updated and decorated very nicely. It had beach towels and chairs/toys for kids to use. Only suggestion would be to add more dish wash cloths and a cooler would have been nice to take down to the beach. Would stay here again! Loved the area. My other family members stayed in #508 and #503 and all 3 condos were superb!

The condo itself was very nice, but needed a deep down cleaning.

Our condo was not cleaned when we arrived. I was told it had gotten missed on the cleaning list. We were delayed by two hours getting into The condo and were not happy about it. It was a very nice condo in a. Good location.

Rejuvenated Condo adds Pleasure to Stay

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into the condo that had been recently totally redecorated with new furniture in the living and dining areas as well as new wall hangings throughout, not to mention the renovated bathrooms. These upgrades along with excellent weather made for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in Indian Shores.

Fantastic condo on beautiful Indian Shores beach!!

We spent a week at this fantastic condo over this past Christmas holiday. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo is newly decorated and has beautiful furniture - we wanted to take the couches home. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the new dishes to the new appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of room throughout for a large family with friends. The view is spectacular - from almost every location in the condo there is a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. A large balcony beckons you to sit out in the warmth and admire the beach and ocean. Indian Shores beach is very nice. The sand is soft as silk and very clean. The pool area of the resort is clean; the pool is warm and sparkles. We especially liked that the pool area fronted directly onto the beach and that it was well-stocked with chairs - no fighting for a place to sit! The condo is in a wonderful area that has dozens of fantastic restaurants, from pubs and bars to family-focused restaurants. Great shopping is also nearby. Dealing with the booking staff was pleasant and easy. And the price was a bargain for such a wonderful place. I look forward to going again.

Great getaway for adults or for family-friendly vacation

We stayed in this condo in November as a ladies getaway and at it was a great spot for a fantastic vacation. There was plenty of room in the condo for 5 of us and it was spotlessly clean and had many recent updates. The condo's well-stocked kitchen allowed us to take turns with meal prep while the rest of the group enjoyed sunset cocktails from the balcony. There was plenty to do on-site. The beach was great for long walks or runs, a game of volleyball, or just relaxing -- the sand is amazing! The pool was nice and refreshing with plenty of lounge chairs as well. The area provides lots of dining options -- from high-end gourmet to relaxed casual dining -- all was delicious. We found great shopping deals at nearby outlets (with special perks for Canadians) and one-of-a-kind items nearby at Johns Pass. A highlight of the trip was the visit to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island where we kayaked to quiet natural white sand beaches and paddled through mangrove trails. All of our group are moms and we all thought this condo would be great for a family get-away. First the condo has a stash of beach toys and chairs which would be great for little ones or older kids. The washer and dryer would make clean-up quick and easy and allow you to pack lightly. The pool is perfect for little ones. The steps into the pool are very large -- each is more like a landing and provides play area. The pool would be entertaining for older kids too as it does get deeper, I think to about 6' depth. The location also puts you close to lots of family friendly activities -- manatee tours, dolphin viewing, pirate ship tours. In case of rain, the condo provides for lots of indoor options with TVs in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Several of us are looking into returning to this condo with our families and also hoping to repeat our girl's getaway.
