Beach Palms 307 is a beautiful gulf front condo with updated amenities. The building includes a gulf front heated pool with pool house containing restrooms and showers. The pool deck also has 2 gas grills for lovely evening cook outs. There is direct beach access with 2 showers beachside to rinse off the sand. This unit also includes a reserved covered parking spot, steps away from the elevator and beach/pool access.

This condo includes everything you'll need for a great stay! The three-bedroom, two bath unit features a primary suite with a king bed and gulf views as well as direct access to the patio. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, plenty of room for the whole family! The living area has a comfy couch and 55" Roku TV with 50" Roku TVs in all the bedrooms. All linens are included along with kitchen & bath towels. The unit has also includes a full size washer and dryer. Start your day off right enjoying coffee and dolphin watching from the patio that has 4 chairs and dinning table.

This condo was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and beautiful and the beach view was spectacular. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Our overall stay was wonderful and we all enjoyed everything very much. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our Christmas Holiday with family. We also enjoyed the Seaside Bird Sanctuary which was so close and the restaurant, Conch Republic, had delicious food. We would stay at Beach Palms again without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. The beach was beautiful and not busy. The storage unit with chairs was convenient. We would definitely rent again.

Best Beach Trip

My family has been coming to Indian Shores for vacation for over 15 years. This by far has been the cleanest, condo we have ever rented. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Location

We had never been to this part of Florida and will definitely be back! The beach, pool, apartment, and town were just perfect for our whole family. You can't beat the balcony view of the ocean and the sunsets!

Location Location Location Loved

Loved condo and loved view from balcony overlooking Gulf even more. Beach wasnā€™t crowded. We were close enough to plenty of stores and restaurants without being smothered by them. Family liked it so much we are planning to go back next year.

Spacious condo steps from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamesā€™ condo. Well appointed and modern furnishings. While not a gulf view we loved the spaciousness and were on the beach in seconds. James was very responsive to my inquiries. Would definitely stay on LBK again.

Two Weeks of Relaxation

Great location. Very relaxing two weeks. Loved the view and sound of the ocean. Quiet neighbours. Rick was excellent to deal with. Worst part was having to leave and we are looking forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean. It was well supplied. Everything was in very good shape. The location was the best. We like the location of the beach because it is close and a bad walk. Rick the owner was so good to talk to. He answered if we sent a message and took good care of us. We will be renting again.

We had a family of 6; 15-82 at the condo. Knowing weā€™d be giving a review, I asked for everyoneā€™s rating. All 6 of us gave a 5/5 or 10/10. Great, quiet spot. Very clean unit. Beds were fabulous (& my husband has been an area manager selling mattress at a fortune 100 company for 10 years). Zero complaints about anything.

Florida Family Vacation.

The space was awesome for a family of 6. It was great to have a spot directly on the beach and have all the beach gear included. The pool and facilities were nice we grilled out a few times! The unit is basic, meaning there is no hand soap, paper towels, trash bags or dish soap etc. We had a few maintenance/ electrical issues which interrupted the vacation. Rick tried to trouble shoot and was super easy to communicate with. He was a great host! The location is great near shops restaurants and activities.

Nice, Family Sized Condo

We had a lovely week at Indian Shores! The condo was spacious for our family of 5 (3 teens), and the host was very accommodating! We really appreciated the closet stocked with a cooler, chairs, an umbrella, toys, and a skim board! The in-room laundry is also a bonus. We loved the location - right in the middle between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach, in a very nice, quiet area. We did a lot of exploring in both directions! Some things to consider if staying with teens...the pool closes shortly after sunset, so no night swims. Also, the property is very secure, which means you need a key to go out to the beach/pool or go up the elevator. I felt very safe, but when you have teens going in different directions, you will need to plan ahead with the keys! This was our first time staying directly on the beach, and I don't think we'll do it any other way! Looking forward to returning soon!

Great unit

Very clean unit. This was our 3rd trip to the same condo. We bought 4 brand new beach chairs last year and only 1 remained. Lucky we rented the lounge chairs on beach so we really did not need chairs. But only 1 chair for a family of 5 would have been bad. I also noticed many kitchen items no longer there and not 1 wine glass, limited silverware but itā€™s ok we just washed a lot. Would still rent the unit again. You canā€™t beat the layout, comfy beds and the VIEW !! Highly recommend
