The Space:

Enjoy abundant sunshine, sand, and surf for your upcoming getaway to Myrtle Beach! This luxury-raised beach home enjoys an unbeatable location right across the street from the ocean. You are just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and even a coffee shop! Some of the must-visit attractions include The Carolina Opry Theater, Broadway At The Beach, Skywheel Myrtle Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Jungle Safari Golf, Alligator Adventure, and more.



Upon entering this multi-level charmer, you are welcomed by a foyer featuring hardwood look tile all over the first floor including the suite, laundry room, and storage areas. Climb up the stairs to the second floor, which offers a beautifully decorated open floor plan. The welcoming great room invites you to spread out comfortably and leave your worries at the door - break out any of the provided board games for a tranquil and entertaining evening at home, or stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming. The nicely appointed kitchen is a chef's playground - whip up exquisite culinary treats for the group that you can later enjoy at any of the two eating areas. A large balcony is right off the great room, offering a nice lounge area!



The third floor is home to the primary suite featuring a sitting room, another balcony, a working desk, a smart TV, and a large en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The remaining two bedrooms and guest bathroom are also on the upper level. Additional perks include beach gear, children's toys and games, eight beach chairs, a gas grill, two bikes, and a boogie board.

Awesome Vacation

The house was awesome. Spacious, clean, beautiful, and had tons of amenities. Having chairs and umbrellas and other things for the beach was a huge help, and we had plenty of hangout space to play games and all supplies to cook and eat meals which was amazing. The house really made a great vacation perfect!

Big and spacious!

The fact that we could fit four families wonderfully in this big home was amazing. Loved the furnishings and decor, the bathrooms were spacious (3 1/2) we had 13 people and 2 babies and we were never on top of each other, the kitchen was beautiful and very large, this house gave us the best vacation possible and we are so thankful!

As soon as we pulled up beautiful house very close to the water The cleanliness of the house was great no complaints My family and I had a great time staying in this house we will definitely try to rent again in the future I highly recommend this home to anyone it's only one block away from the water very short walk very convenient everything you need is close by lots of entertainment areas also close by

Great home in a quiet neighborhood, clean and beautiful on the inside, only downfall is parking, very tight spaces if you have a large SUV or truck and third space is in the garage so must be a smaller vehicle

the house is great. There was in a space for everybody. Everything is clean and nice. Our kids play outside with a volleyball. no issues it was great would recommend to anybody looking for a home to rent

Beautiful home, excellent location.

We were coming down to Myrtle Beach for my daughter's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. We were 10 people. The house was big and spacious. There was plenty of room for all of us. The furniture was in great condition, very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The house was decorated beautifully. For the most part it was clean. The location of the house was steps away from the beach. Ten minutes from the Tanger Outlets and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Less than a mile from the Marriott Beach Resort. Great value for the price. The only issue we had was with the AC. It was broken and it took days before anyone responded to us and it was never fixed. It was very uncomfortable but hopefully it will be resolved. It would not deter me from recommending this house or staying here again in the future.

Kim, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased our home was a good fit for your party and its location served you well! That said, we apologize for the issue you encountered with the A/C. Our local manager assured us the HVAC repair company visited as soon as this was reported and fixed the concern but a new thermostat had to be installed. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

The house was nice with lots of space for our family and a great location. That being said when we arrived there was a broken picture on the ground floor bathroom with glass shattered all over the floor. We had 4 of our granddaughters ages 2 to 6 with us so needless to say I took some quick pics and got right to cleaning it up. I let Vrbo know what happened they stated they would add pics to the file and to let them know if we needed anything else. That was it, they never reached out again, no apology. I called VRBO after we got home and told the rep on the phone what had happened, the response was..,Are you looking for compensation or what? I felt so embarrassed, when we were at the house, I worried the whole time that I had maybe missed a piece of glass, so we limited the girls use of the bathroom. Again my only complaint was that VRBO did not care at all and never checked back. The only communication about it was initiated by us. Thank goodness it was only shattered glass, and no one was hurt.

Family Golf Trip

The house is very spacious and centrally located in a safe area within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately, the house was very dirty when we checked in with visible dirt and crumbs on the staircase, kitchen countertop, and stair bannisters. There was wrapping paper trash under furniture in the master bedroom and an onion peel on the pantry floor. We swept up a huge pile of dirt with a broom from the kitchen tile floor. The floor runners on the stairs and top floor were loose and needed some TLC and could easily become a tripping hazard. One reason we picked this house was the large kitchen as we were planning to cook our meals at night. We discovered that the grates on the gas stove did not fit properly and one of the gas burners was broken and was difficult to turn off. There was old food in the oven that caught on fire when we tried to reheat some food for dinner. We ended up cutting our vacation short and checked out a day early. We were very disappointed in this vacation rental because previous reviews had mentioned the cleanliness of this rental house and had given it great reviews.
