This new thatched-roof section of the house features approximately 178 square meters of usable space, spread across the first floor, basement, and upper floor. Pets are welcome in this home. The house is located on a side street, not far from the nearest beach access and shopping areas. You’ll find a parking spot right at the house. A special highlight: charging for an electric car is included.

The first floor features an open-concept kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Jura fully automatic coffee machine, and filter coffee maker), which flows seamlessly into the dining and living area (with a gas fireplace and TV). The south-facing terrace (furnished from April through October) is perfect for relaxing in the summer, and the beach chair (April through October) offers ample protection even in slightly windy weather. There is a guest restroom on the first floor.
