Apartment 1


This approximately 100 m² half of a two-story house, featuring a spacious south-facing rooftop terrace (approx. 22 m²), has a generously sized living and dining area on the first floor with a comfortable seating area. The home’s entire interior design was conceived by an interior designer.


The living area is equipped with, among other things, a Smart TV, a stereo system with a CD/DVD player, and a fireplace. Internet access via LAN and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.


The kitchenette—which is also very well-equipped and harmoniously integrated into the living area—features a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment (***), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and other kitchen utensils, leaving nothing to be desired.


The comfortable shower room (with a hair dryer provided) rounds out the exclusive feel of this floor.


On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, another bedroom in the bay window with two single beds, and the second bathroom, equipped with a shower/toilet, bathtub, sink, and heated towel rack. Gently sloping ceilings create a cozy atmosphere.


A private safe is available in the apartment.


The sunny, south-facing rooftop terrace is partially covered. The two sun loungers and the spacious seating area continue the exclusive furnishings into the outdoor space and offer the perfect setting to feel completely at ease.


Apartment 1 is ideal for 1–6 people. Pets are not allowed at Casa Sellin.


Casa Sellin consists of two non-smoking half-houses that can be booked individually or together as a complete house for 12 people!


Good to know:





• In the basement, a washing machine, a dryer, and a sauna are available for a fee. You’ll also find an ironing board with an iron, a fitness room with a TV, foosball, darts, an abdominal trainer, and a stepper.

• Each apartment comes with 2 parking spaces in front of the building. You’re welcome to store your bicycles safely in a garage.

• Firewood is available for a fee.

• We’ve also thought of the children, with a Tripp Trapp high chair in every apartment.

a 10% discount on the room rate!
