Welcome to your Naples retreat — a spacious, beautifully maintained home in the gated Raffia Preserve community, perfect for an extended stay in Southwest Florida.

Enjoy approximately 2,600 sq. ft. of comfortable living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, a private lanai, garage parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

EV owners are especially welcome! The home includes complimentary Level 2 EV charging, so you can conveniently charge your Tesla, Rivian, or other compatible electric vehicle right at the house — no searching for public chargers or paying additional charging fees.

Guests also have access to the Raffia Preserve community amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, basketball court and playground. Please note that the pool, fitness center and clubhouse are community amenities and are not located directly at the home.

The location makes it easy to enjoy everything Naples has to offer. Beautiful Gulf beaches, shopping, dining, golf, parks and entertainment are all within convenient driving distance, while the home itself provides a peaceful place to relax away from the busiest tourist areas.
