Apartment Nautica is located on the top floor (6th floor) of the apartment complex "terraced flat" and is equipped for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment offers a lot of comfort and luxury and is comfortably and functionally furnished. From the very spacious balcony you have a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea.
You enter through the pleasantly styled hall. The living room has a spacious corner sofa and swivel armchair, where you can dream away with a good book. For the cold winter evening you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace! The dining area has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. The balcony is accessible via the sliding doors. The balcony has a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Here it is wonderful to relax behind the glass (wind) screen.
 
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso/Senseo/filter coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven/combi microwave, refrigerator and freezer with 3 drawers.
 
The bathroom has a shower, mirror and sink. There is also a separate toilet.
 
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. 1 bedroom has a double bed (2 separate mattresses), a wardrobe and television. The second bedroom has a double bed (2 separate mattresses) and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a chest of drawers.
 
There is also a separate storage room for bicycles and/or beach equipment.
 
The complex has an elevator. But you still need to be able to climb some stairs.
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard.

Apartment "Nautica" is located next to our other apartment "Sea Breeze". Both houses each have a separate balcony, giving you absolute privacy. These homes are also ideal if you want to travel with several people/families. We're all on holiday together, but still apart.
