You want to stay in the heart of Cape Coral – while also enjoying a maximum of quiet and privacy? Then, this vacation home is perfect for you. It is located in a peaceful residential area and offers enough space for up to 6 guests.

The first thing that will greet you inside is the large, sunlit living area. Here, you can unwind on a sofa and watch TV with your whole family. In addition, there is a stereo with docking station for iPhones or iPods.

Relaxation is the name of the game in the villa´s 3 bedrooms, which are equipped with king-size, queen-size and two single beds. This way, both couples and children will find the right place to sleep. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second one.

The kitchen boasts plenty of workspace and all the amenities you could wish for: In addition to a refrigerator, oven, stove plates and a microwave you will find a whole range of utensils and appliances like toaster and coffee maker. There are enough dishes and cutlery for the whole family – plus a dishwasher, of course.

A dining table is located right next to the door separating the living area and lanai. Thus, you can enjoy your meals while gazing at tropical palm trees. Of course, outdoor dining is no problem, either, as the roofed lanai section features another table – as well as a barbecue grill you are welcome to use. How about a swim? Thanks to the heatable pool, this is possible at any weather. Sunbeds are available around the pool.

For daytrips and shopping, the villa´s location is second to none: In just a few minutes, you will reach all important motorways, so you can quickly get to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva or Pine Island. In addition, exciting fun waits right outside your doorsteps: Only a 5-minute drive separates you from the slides at Sun Splash Family Waterpark, and 1 mile to the north, Gator Mike´s Fun Park is located. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi can be reached in 5–10 minutes by car – just like the shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Very nice place

We enjoyed are stay, went to Sanibel everyday about a 30 or 40 minute drive, my wife and kids loved the house and was very clean no orders, my 9 year old son said the only thing the house needs is a back scratcher, lol. I bought a crockpot and left it in the house ... Crockpot was nice to come back from the beach all day and dinner was ready and easy clean up, Dunkin donuts down the street always fresh and house has not far from shopping, The shower in the master bedroom is very nice.

Wonderful Rental!

We absolutely loved this clean, modern, roomy rental home. We rented it for the month of February 2015 and found it to be even nicer than described. It became our home away from home! It was equipped with everything a person could want. We spent hours reading and relaxing around the pool and our dog appreciated the fenced in backyard. It is centrally located and close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and perfect for walking or riding bikes. Our host, Lars, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and made several great recommendations for things to do locally. Thanks again Lars, for a vacation that far exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!

Overpriced Property

The location and pool were great. The house itself is not worth the price they charge. No area rugs make it very noisy and cold. No dressers for long term rentals is a miss. The white woodwork is dirty, chipped, has water stains and needs painting. The window shades are dusty and need cleaning. The window in the 2nd bedroom does not shut all the way or lock- this is a security issue. The 2 bikes available for use had flat tires. They advertise cable/satellite- it's internet streaming only. No actual TV channels. Light bulbs were burnt out in almost every light fixture. The lamps in the master bedroom were not plugged in and there are no extension cords to plug them in We had friends who rented on a canal in a much bigger and nicer home that paid half what we did. Lesson learned for us. Note: I sent this info to the property manager the day we left. It has been 4 days and they never replied. So now I am putting it here.

Excellent value stay

Pool was great, yard is nice for dogs. I would say a few touches would make it an easier place to vacation: ie. Coffee at least for a few days, dish soap, a couple extra rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. All in all, it was a great place to spend a month well we closed on our home.

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Pool und Grill (Kohle und Gas). Großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine vorhanden. Zentrale Klimaanlage kühlt gesamtes Haus. Für Strandbesuch gibt es Sonnenschirme, Stühle und eine Kühlbox nebst Kühlakkus.

Great place, accurately represented in the pictures.

We stayed for two weeks in April 2022. Everything was great, lots of room. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need and more. There was a lot of "leftover" spices, coffee, tea, etc. There is both a gas and charcoal grill. It has a fenced yard, which isn't obvious from photos. The property manager was there the day after we checked in to make sure there were no problems. Had a minor issue with light bulbs, and tried to text property manage but never received a reply, if it was that big of a deal I would have called, I just took care of it myself. There is no network television, but they do have the ability to do streaming, and the internet is fast enough to support it. This was just a bit of a drawback for us as we had a couple of network shows we wanted to watch, but we found a way around it. The thermostat is one of those fancy automatic ones that only turn the AC on when it senses movement. I am sure this is great and was fine during the day, but it could get stuffy overnight since it didn't "sense" anyone was there due to it's location in the hallway. The neighborhood is Cape Coral, it is a mostly residential and mostly quiet, except what seemed to be a busy Saturday night the day we arrived. We saw ground owls down the street everyday when we left. The floors everywhere in the house except the bedrooms are a beautiful marble, that is treacherous when wet, so be warned, maybe a mat when entering the house from the patio would be helpful. There are no dressers (except nightstands) in any bedrooms, but there are large closest in both small bedrooms and large walk in in the master bedroom. Received the electric bill approximately 3 weeks after checkout. For a two week stay it was $125 without running the pool heater. Overall it is a truly great place, and the little flaws are nothing more than that, little flaws you will find in every house.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Pool is great. We kept the pool at 87 degF and house at 74 degF, electricity charges were reasonable. Fenced yard was a plus since we had our dog with us. The only reason on I did not give a 5 overall rating is the tattered condition of the screen on the lanai, there are a number of holes and rips. The flys that could get in were annoying when eating in the lanai. The property manager did tell us that the screen was going to be replaced.

Was very pleased with the house and the amenities listed and provided. The very few issues we had were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Would stay here again and hope any readers if this will consider doing the same!

Electric and pool heat

This house was great, especially for a last-minute booking as our spring break plans had changed.....I think the electricity should be included as well as the pool heat like all the other VRBOS I have rented. The owner told me the pool heater turns on a few times between the hours of 9am-5pm but the first few days we were there the pool was ice cold and this was due to the heat pump not even turning on correctly because there was not enough water in the pool so my husband filled the pool wall where it needed to be which took at least a couple hours and then the pool heater warmed up the pool throughout the night and then it was fine the rest of our stay! I’m sure we will have a lovely electric and pool heat bill but other than those complaints, house was GREAT!

Great Neighborhood, pool and service!

Ralf was GREAT to work with! Communication was fantastic - I mentioned a few items that needed replacing and it was on my door step within hours. The pool was great - we didn't need to heat it since the sun is so great in the backyard. I gave it a 4 star because all the beds need to be replaced (very loud) - honestly the way their customer service was - I almost expected to find mattresses outside the front door after I said it! lol. I'm hoping they replace them because then we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great for 6 people - my in laws and 2 kids with us fit great! Lots of room and LOTS of supplies in the kitchen (spices, tons of dishes etc) - even grill tools! We were able to park in the garage where they had lots of pool toys etc. Just a really NICE home away from Home.

Perfect little get away!

Nice quiet property nestled in SE Cape Coral next to plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner is efficient, professional and cares for his guests. We had a wonderful time with our 2 Chihuahuas in the fenced in yard and fabulous pool☺️

Nice location and well equipped

We enjoyed our stay. Kids really liked being able to share a room. The outside pool area was really nice though we didn't get to use the pool due to cooler weather. The slider door going put to the pool didn't have any blinds. It had the track and hangers though so it would be an easy fix for property mgr to provide guest comfort. We just hung a spare bed sheet

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber.

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer sicheren Umgebung. Der Kontakt zur Hause ergäbe hat gut geklappt und war nett. Leider mussten wir aufgrund der Corona Krise und geänderten Flugplaenen etwas früher heim. Schade.

Cape review

The house was nice. Bathroom sinks need a definite update. Pool was great, but neighbors are very close by and you can hear everything that is going on around you. Ralf the property manager was good at getting things done. One sore spot was having to go out and buy propane to use the grill. Overall we rate it a 4.

Expensive for what you get

We found the property in need of updating and general repairs a lot of little things like blinds to swimming pool fell off every time you touched them tea mats all chipped or broken, air con dident allow you to go cold enough when needed, After a lot of trips to florida this was the smallest and most expensive villa that we have stayed in especially having to pay for electric on top of villa rental.

Villa Sunsplash war nicht zufriedenstellend

Den ersten krassen Minuspunkt gab es gleich bei der Ankunft. Uns wurde ein falscher Schlüsselcode übermittelt und wir kamen nach einer langen Anreise nicht ins Haus. Gott sei Dank erreichten wir die Vertrauensperson telefonisch und bekamen den richtigen Code damit wir ins Haus kamen. Der Wifi Schlüssel wurde ebenfalls falsch übermittelt. Wir hatten früher schon 7 andere Häuser mit gleichem Preisniveau gemietet und keines war bisher so schmutzig. Z.b.befand sich auf dem Deckenventilator in der Küche (weiß ) eine dicke Staub- und Dreckschicht, dass wir uns nicht trauten ihn anzumachen. Auch etliche andere Ecken waren nicht sauber. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen, es stellte sich heraus, dass eine Schraube fehlte. Die gesamte Terrassen- und Poolarea wurde auf unsere Beanstandung hin am nächsten Tag gereinigt. Alles in allem machte das Haus keinen zufriedenstellenden Eindruck. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal mieten. Es gab aber auch ein paar positive Dinge, z.b. ein sehr gutes Wifi und einen schönen Pool.

Das Haus war super sauber. Der Dunstabzug war defekt, sofort wurde der Defekt behoben. Preisleistungsverhältnis super 👍. Schöner Außenbereich 😊

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla

Wir Anfang 50 waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in dieser frisch renovierten Villa zu Gast. Alles war sehr sauber und im guten Zustand und ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen, auch Fort Myers Beach und Sanibel sind nur ca. 30 Minuten weg. Der große Pool garantiert ein riesen Badespaß. Rundum einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir hatten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Hausverwaltung war sehr angenehm und herzlich (danke nochmals). Wir können die Villa Sunsplash auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus

Zusammen mit unseren drei Kindern haben wir wundervolle Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist bestens ausgestattet...uns fehlte es an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters. Er hatte stets ein offenes Ohr und durch seine vielen hilfreichen Tips vor und während unseres Aufenthalts wurde der Urlaub zu einem Traumurlaub. Vielen Dank nochmals hierfür! Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
