Fresh, colorful tropical styling and a thoughtfully refitted interior set the scene for your St. Thomas stay. This ground-floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a trundle bed with pullout accommodation for up to 6 guests; occupancy is limited to two adults per bedroom.

Settle into the open living and dining area, prepare meals in the kitchen, or enjoy outdoor time on the large covered porch with outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ grill. The condo also offers beach, ocean, sea, and pool views.

Highlights include:
• Split-type ductless AC, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades

This is our second year in a row staying in one of the units Justin manages and they are always perfect. Communication is top notch and the condo has everything we could need. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this condo! The condo and the complex were very clean, safe, and quiet. Check in and out were easy and excellent communication from the property manager. This is a terrific location, very close to Red Hook, excellent beaches, the ferry, and easy to get to from the airport. Would definitely recommend. They also had a closet full of snorkel/beach gear which was a nice bonus!

Family vacation

We had a great stay, check in was easy and property was as described. Beach and pool were clean and kids loved it! Well located for groceries, restaurants and additional beach day trips!!!

Very large condo, 2 huge rooms and full bathrooms- the photos don’t do the actual room justice. It’s fully stocked with everything you could need and even details you didn’t probably realize you needed. Beach and pool toys, towels and more. Welcome basket with snacks and drinks, Netflix already loaded on TV. The amenities (pool and beach) are fantastic. Great for our family. We had three adults and two kids with plenty of room to spare. We hope to be back.

This property is as exactly as descried in the pictures beautiful beach and pools condo was immaculate and well stocked with towels and amenities' very quiet great for families. We rented a vehicle and saw all the island had to offer the snorkeling here is amazing and Sangria's is a bonus would love to come back some day. Todd & Liz from Massachusetts .

Great condo for the money

The condo was exactly as described and just steps from the beach and pool. Very clean and quiet and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows! The pool bar wasn't open which was disappointing however Sangria's and Caribbean Fish Market on property were both great. Easy drive to all the best beaches and quick pop into Red Hook for the market and restaurants.

Lovely stay

This property is a self contained space that's great with young kids. Pool and beach all within walking distance which simplifies a lot! Our youngest was 21months and while the stairs and other surfaces needed assistance we generally felt it was safe for her to potter around. Was lovely to have food options on site as well and not be far from town where we could find anything else. We would definitely come here again.

Excellent

We had an absolute fabulous time. The unit was clean just as pictured and probably the most well equipped home I’ve ever rented. The pool and Jacuzzi are nice. The beach is right there. My only recommendation for future travelers is you’re gonna want to rent a car, cabs are incredibly expensive here and there’s only two restaurant choices right there where you’re at.

Cowpet Bay West

Fantastic condo. Very well stocked with scuba gear, beach toys, games for the children. Pool and ocean view. Convenient to supermarket and shopping. The pictures of the pool do not do it justice. It is very large. My children had a blast!

Great location, cold AC, plenty of space, snorkeling gear!!

Beautiful condominium and gorgeous grounds. The location was great. We walked to dinner most nights at the local restaurant at the Elysian Resort next door. We were a short drive to the beaches we wanted to visit and a super short drive to the car ferry that takes you to St. John! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor shower. The snorkeling gear was an added bonus as well as some floats and having the washer and dryer made the trip much easier with littles. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed the stay. Condo was clean and very well appointed. Only suggestion would be to let folks know there is no “live” tv. Those of us that dont stream a lot will have very limited tv. It was a good break though. g

Back Home

My wife and I met on the island. We brought our family back to where we lived and worked. It was a fantastic trip. One review I read talked about the stairs to reach the condo. From our car to the front door took 15 seconds. It was great. The pool was a fantastic way to relax after a long day at the beach. We would rent again without hesitation.

Friendly resort

Nice property. Great home. Wish there were more info things that we would need to know as first time travelers We were told our friends were around the corner Well about 3. 4 of mile too much for us. Beautiful home View of ocean and pool from balcony Had a bout of my husband with no see ems in our bed. They were there eithin 5 hours of call changing beding Food good, drinks great , beauty totally awesome People great

Hi Grandma! I just wanted to take a min to thank you for your feedback and to clarify a few things. We actually sent you a lot of very very helpful info but it must have wound up in your email spam folder - which is why we texted you a reminder to check for it. I’m sorry for the issue you had with no-see-ums, but they are definitely not in the bed; you would have been bitten on the beach around dusk most likely, or perhaps on the porch, but as you did mention, we switched out the bedding for you. We hope to see you again soon!
