This high-quality penthouse apartment is easily accessible by elevator. It boasts a stunning ocean view that you can enjoy from the covered rooftop terrace, which faces southeast.
The entire apartment features underfloor heating.
You’re sure to feel right at home in the modern living and dining area, which has been furnished with great care. A comfortable sofa bed and an armchair are available in the relaxation corner with a TV. At the dining table, in front of the high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette, you can pass the time with pleasant conversation or delicious meals.

One bedroom is furnished with a box-spring double bed (2 m x 2 m with a full-length topper); this room also has an additional balcony (facing north). The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms have TVs. As in the entire apartment, the windows are equipped with pleated shades and electric exterior blinds. After a restful night’s sleep, you’ll be ready for another day of your vacation.
