The property spans over 1,000 m² and features 10 apartments on two floors, available as Superior or Standard types. Each apartment includes a living room with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one or two bedrooms depending on the type, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 28 guests in total. Upper-floor apartments have a balcony with sea view, while ground-floor units offer a spacious terrace. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning. Superior apartments also have a washing machine.



Surrounded by greenery and panoramic views, the villa offers a shared outdoor area with seating and a pool, ideal for unwinding. The property is 3.5 km from Marina del Cantone beach. Private parking with marked spaces is available for an extra fee. Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. Security cameras and audio recording devices are present in shared areas.



The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation. House rules include: check-out by 10:00 am, no pets, no loud music before 9:00 am or after 8:00 pm, and pool use only between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Guests must follow waste separation instructions: dispose of rubbish in the designated containers for glass, plastic, organic, paper, and general waste, located in the parking area and clearly labeled. At check-out, all rubbish must be removed from the apartments and placed in these containers; failure to comply will result in a penalty.
