The master bathroom boasts a newly renovated walk-in shower, while the living room invites you to unwind on an oversized sofa (queen sofa bed) and chair. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a private entrance to the second bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, or you can hop on the nearby trolley to explore local restaurants and attractions.

It was the best condo we’ve been in at Island Princess. It was well located next to an elevator (good for an aging parent), the kitchen was very well stocked, it was nicely decorated (loved the fish), the furniture was comfortable and well thought out, the master mattress was very comfortable, and the master shower was great!

The balcony was a nice size & had a wonderful view. The unit was well decorated & very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a couple of non-stick pans. Would recommend some larger coffee cups, but that's a personal preference. Enjoyed using the newer shower in the master bathroom. Had matching granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms. Appreciated the complimentary chairs & umbrella on the beach. Would stay again.

Condo was clean and reflective of listing. We enjoyed staying on the beach with a quick walk to the sand. The property sent maintenence within 2 hours when the shower drain was clogged.

Beautiful Condo with great beach access.

Our family loved this condo. Everything is well-maintained and taken care of. For our younger family, we also really appreciated not having a ton of small decorations in the condo. They just get in the way with small kids. IYKYK. If we come back to Okaloosa Island, we'll look for this condo first.

Very clean! Condo was perfect size and location. Pool area was really nice and a good size for the amount of people staying. It never felt too crowded. Bathrooms were clean and convenient to the pool. Chair rental service was available and efficient. We could walk the beach to local food and entertainment. I would definitely come back!

The unit was awesome! The unit was clean, the bed was great, and the view was terrific. The property management staff exceeded all of our expectations. We had an air conditioner part break at 8:30 one night. By 10:00 pm that night we had a replacement part, and maintenance personnel who fixed the issue. We are very, very impressed by the property management company, the personnel they hire, and the property they represent.

The property was great. Renters beware there is no cleaning supplies or liquid dish soap in the unit so bring your own if you like to wipe things down

You won’t be disappointed!

Overall great stay. 502 is close to the East elevator. Short walk to the beach. Beach attendant was great. Short drive or walk to great restaurants and attractions. Only negative was: guest room needs a blackout shade and an updated ceiling fan. Scott and Jill

Great condo!

Met my expectations. Perfect location. Excellent covered parking reserved spot. Easy access to the beach. Very good communication. It was perfect for us. Would very comfortably sleep six with the pull-out couch. Bring regular coffee filters if you are a coffee drinker. I improvised.

Very nice property!

My family enjoyed our vacation and stay at Island Princess. The unit was spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms were spacious as well. The view from the 5th floor is excellent. I would come back to 502 Island Princess!

October getaway

I enjoyed the unit but the construction that was taking place was too much. It started well before 8am and ended after 6pm. I understand improvements being done but felt the hours they worked were not considerate of the guests staying there. Grinding nonstop before 8 am was not acceptable. Not many basic things are provided, like salt, pepper, sugar, had to buy 100 coffee filters to only use 5 of them and I don't use them at home. Little things like that would be nice to have. The unit was clean, nice and worked out great but the construction and the lack of basic things was annoying. Also I was not provided all the codes to access the pool area. I had to get that from another guest.

A little slice of Heaven!

We have been coming to Okaloosa Island for 10 years now and this condo is definetly top 3 we’ve stayed in! Very very spacious! Beautiful view from the balcony! The hot tub was fabulous at night! Great communication with owner. There was a lot of construction going on during the stay so that was a bit of a pain at times but I would still give it 5 stars! Will definetly be returning to this one!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year staying at Island Princess in Fort Walton. The first two years we stayed in the same condo on the sixth floor but could not get it this year so we had to pick a new condo. This condo was clean and laid out well. The only things I could complain about is the showers are out dated, the air conditioning did not cool the master bedroom very well and the red sofa was very uncomfortable. As far as location and the Island Princess complex, it is great!! I did notice this year a sign at the beach stating we could reserve our chairs and umbrella for $15 a day to save on having to get up early or wait in line. I did not like this because we are suppose to get complimentary chairs and umbrella so we shouldn’t have to pay to reserve them just to guarantee that we do.

Reviewer Comments: The coffee maker was broken and did not work--- The nobs on the master bedroom dresser kept falling off---The Biggest Problem i saw was the sliding glass door to the balcony -- the right side glass has dropped out of position from the rubber grommet--to me seems dangerous because so heavy-- It makes a back draft wind noise I could hear while sitting on sofa and the front door opens---Needs Maintenance issue addressed

The tub was not real clean. The freezer did not stay sealed when closed. We enjoyed the beach and pool.
