Nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands and just steps from the Highlands Golf Course, our condo transforms into the perfect base for a skiing and snowboarding adventure at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

Our Cozy and Convenient Condo:
Relax after a day on the slopes in our spacious condo, complete with a private hot tub*, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple Roku TVs for unwinding with family and friends.

The back deck with Polywood furniture provides beautiful winter views, while the large sectional in the family room is perfect for gathering around for games or movies.

Shuttle service to Seven Springs Lodge runs continuously on weekends and is on-call during weekdays in the winter season, so you can leave your car parked and focus on fun.

This is a vacation rental. We live a few hours away but are available by phone.

Seven Springs Resort Mountain Villas Condominiums.

Located on the Seven Springs Golf course, we have easy access to golf, the resort via a short (<10 minute) shuttle ride and local attractions.

We also have our own condo association pool which is available in the summer months.

There is free parking in front of the townhomes. It is first come first serve and shared with other units. There is a shuttle that runs on-call in the summer and continuously in the winter months to transport you to the Seven Springs resort. It is run by Seven Springs and takes less than 10 minutes.

We have a minimum rental age of 25. All bookings are reviewed before confirmation. We are a family environment. No parties allowed at the unit.

Unfortunately due to HOA and insurance regulations, the fireplaces are not able to be used by renters.

During the winter months (December - March), bookings cannot check out/in on Saturdays. You must rent for the entire weekend.
