We provide wireless internet (wifi), gas heat for winter warmth and central air conditioning to keep cool in the summer!

Keypad lock entry system - no need to worry about who has the key! Easy push button entry to the townhouse. Complete contact - free check in.

We are the ONLY properties in the Mt. Villas that provide air conditioned lofts and a FULL bathroom in the loft bedroom for your comfort and convenience!

Our 4 level, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Mt. Villas townhouse sleeps 12 in beds and offers top notch comfortable rental accommodations with all the amenities of home! No pull out sleep sofas! No sharing a double or full size bed either! Bedding is either a king, queen or twin size bed for sleeping comfort.

For larger groups, choose our 5 BR 4 BA townhouse right next door (also 4 levels) that sleeps up to 15 in beds - vrbo 511413. Reserve BOTH for large group events; birthdays, family reunions, golf outings, etc...

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Bed linens, towels and dish /dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, starter paper products &trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied too.

For summer rentals:
Great outdoor space in the summer with a picnic table. Free use of the Mt. Villas heated outdoor pool and we are steps away from the Seven Springs Highlands golf course club house.
The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am - 9pm. Come and enjoy the mountains, take a hike, play a round of golf, go white water rafting and come back to enjoy a swim in the pool!! The use of the Mt. Villas outdoor pool is included when you stay in our townhouse - no charge to use!! Our tot lot by the pool is available year round.

The Mt. Villa properties are conveniently located less than a mile from the Seven Springs main gate in the Seven Springs Mountain Villa community near the outdoor pool and the Seven Springs Highlands golf course.

SHUTTLE SERVICE - The shuttle is wonderful and FREE and runs year round! Winter shuttle service runs continuously every 10 - 15 minutes on the weekends and is on call during the week.

Shuttle schedule and continuous run information - subject to change :
December 26 - January 1 - continuously runs 24/7
January 2 - March 1 : Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm
Monday - Thursday - or any other time during the year - the shuttle is on call - shuttle number is provided in your check in email. If the week is busy, the shuttle may run continuously.

Once you are parked and settled, hop on the FREE shuttle to the lodge, slopes, spa, shops, etc...

Please Note: Some activities at the resort require a fee to use or participate. Please check with 7 Springs for current ski, tubing, golf or other use or admission fees.

Due to previous out-of-control fires by renters, the Mt.Villas HOA insurance policy prohibits renters from using the fireplace, fire pits and charcoal and propane tank grills.

No pets and no smoking in townhouse.
No glitter or spray paint projects. No hair dye or hair coloring products in the condo or on the deck. Security deposit will be forfeited and extra cleaning fees will be charged for failure to comply.

Guests must be 25 years of age and provide copy of valid government ID/drivers license and must sign our license agreement to complete your reservation. Your ID address must match the address you provide for the license agreement. Third party reservations are not permitted.

Two night minimum pricing for all rentals. Three night minimum for most holidays.

REQUIREMENTS to complete your reservation:
*Guest must sign and return the license agreement and provide drivers license within 48 hours of receipt of agreement.
*A few days prior to arrival, the code to the lock box and check in / check out information will be provided. Door code will not be provided if agreement and driver's license are not returned.
*Check in times are subject to change when a guest checks out on the same day a new guests checks in.
Check in time will be confirmed in your check in email.

*Pricing is subject to change.
*Loft bedroom as noted in pictures sleeps 4 (bunk beds), is accessible by ladder and has a full bathroom and a/c for summer use. Not recommended for young children.
*VRBO has frequent system glitches and often adds / removes amenities to the listing. Please confirm with me if there is a specific amenity that you are looking for to ensure VRBO has not tampered with the listing, for example, the outdoor swimming pool, free wifi, free shuttle service, whole house a/c, etc... as an example because these are all amenities we provide. We want you to be happy and don't always know when VRBO has their system issues.
*VRBO collects and remits all PA taxes.
*VRBO charges and retains 100% of the administrative fee for all reservations made on the VRBO site.
