Both bedrooms have there own bathroom tub-shower. All rooms have flat screen TV's. Master suite has king bed and second bedroom has queen. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Grill adjacent to condo. Shuttle bus runs part of the year (summer/warm weather). Takes you from the condo to the pool, shopping at Barefoot Landing, and the beach. Close to Hwy 31, which will take you from North to South myrtle quickly. Pool is across from condo. Condo and pool have wifi. Condo has been remodeled with new furniture, appliances and vinyl flooring. Golf course view over looking Greg Norman 15th fairway. During shuttle season the bus can pick you up across from the condo. Three restaurants located within Barefoot Golf and Resort. Four awesome golf courses if you like to golf, Greg Norman, Fazio, Dye, and Love.

Whether you are looking for a place to relax, eat, go to the beach, or shop, it's here. Conveniently located near Barefoot Landing which has food, entertainment, and shopping. Also 5-10 minutes from Tanger Outlets. So many things to choose from.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. It is very easy to reserve and access. It is great for our family to have so much space and a full kitchen so that we don't have to go out for meals all the time.

N Myrtle Beach Condo

There was one minor issue at check-in, which the owner quickly rectified. The condo is centrally located to everything, which was the perfect location for our month-long stay in the North Myrtle Beach area. The second bedroom was great for setting up an office space so I could work. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area for an extended stay.

Great condo for golf trip

The condo was great for the golf trip I had with my cousin. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. However he forgot the conversation I had with him when booking that I have a service dog that will be traveling with me for my disability. He must have forgotten but overall a good property. Just wish the owner was better about my service dog as they can not deny me

Wonderful condo, great location near everything, pools we're fantastic, if you had a question or something they were there for you, I would recommend this condo and I would rent it again.

Beautiful Experience at Barefoot Landing Villa!

We loved all of the amenities and closeness to everything. Perfect location and property was great! It met our expectations and families needs during our stay.

Belle environnement, agréable, calme et sécuritaire.

Nous y avons séjourné un mois. Très bien situé, bel environnement, endroit calme et sécuritaire. Les pours: communication avec propriétaire très facile. Serrure numérique très pratique. Unité spacieux, bien décoré et chaleureux. Cuisine très bien équipée excepté pour les linges et les coupes à vin. Très belles piscines. Une petite sur place au condo et l’autre gigantesque, avec bain tourbillon situé dans un autre complexe à plus d’un km. Unité et environnement très propre, très belle communauté avec 4 excellents terrains de golf, et de large trottoirs pour marcher ou faire du vélo. Les contres: lingerie limité, aune serviette à main ni serviette de plage, les matelas ont fait leur temps, le bain de la chambre des maîtres n’est pas invitant et les renvois d’eau ont besoin d’un gros nettoyage car ils sont très peu efficace. Le walk-in de la chambre des maîtres n’est pas accessible aux locataires. Il n’y a qu’une armoire/ penderie. L’espace est donc limité si la deuxième chambre est occupée par d’autres personnes. En résumé, après avoir effectué quelques petits achats pour combler les manques, nous avons eu un séjour très agréable.

Perfect 6 Star Rental

I knew we made the perfect selection of rental when we first walked into this beautiful condo. The unit was immaculate and well stocked with supplies. The kitchen has everything needed for your cooking pleasure, but I must say that there are many restaurants for takeout very close by to this unit. Also, most. Important to me was the fact that Gerald and Karla were the absolute perfect host and were easy to communicate with me if I had a question. I look forward to my return visit and more in the future. This property deserves a 6 star rating.

Upon arrival and it was prior to the 3 pm check-in the unit was not clean. The owner apologized and had a cleaning crew available to attempt the cleaning process. I notified the owner after we checked in about several areas of concern: ceiling fan blades covered in dust, shelving units dusty, bathroom had moldy black around tube trim. Cleaning crew did come back two days later and address those issues, but left several other areas. Owner does provide towels and wash clothes, but I went out and purchased the following: hand towels, dish towels & clothes, hand soap for bathrooms, toilet paper, and dish soap. This unit needs some updating and TLC. I enjoyed the area for which it was located but will not be renting the unit on future trips.

Bad condo, bad owner.

This condo was not in a fit condition for rental. Within one hour of our arrival, I sent the owner VRBO messages with a list of six (6) issues that needed to be addressed. (1) The dish washer was full. I asked if the contents were clean or dirty. I never received an answer to this question. (2) There were no hand towels. It took four days to get hand towels. (3) Only one kitchen towel. We never got another one. (4) The toilet in the guest bathroom was running non-stop when we arrived. After we resolved that, it ran periodically. It took two days to get a handyman to address this. (5) The toilet in the master bath was running periodically. Same as item #4. (6) The extractor fan in the guest bath did not work. When the handyman came two days later, he said it was toast and would need to be replaced. They would have to order the part. This meant that for six days, one of us had to shower in a bathroom that felt like a sauna. Two more items arose while we were there. (7) We went to the store and bought tissues and toilet paper. The toilet paper provided in the condo shredded/dissolved on contact. Think about that and get the visual. It's not pretty. (8) On morning #4, the front door lock failed. When we were leaving for the golf course at 6:30 AM, we could not lock the front door. Apparently, the owner uses a battery powered door lock and does not replace the battery until it fails. Well, it failed. We had to leave the condo with our stuff unsecured. It took a few hours to get the battery replaced. And it gets better. Apparently, the owner keeps a manual key outside the condo for such emergencies. Unfortunately, he neglected to tell us about this. So, we spent a day on the golf course worried sick about our stuff. Thanks very much. And finally, one of the bath towels looked like it had been dragged through the dirt or covered in makeup. Apparently, the cleaner thought is was good enough. The owner is remote. He does not appear to have a local property manager. The owner lacks any sense of urgency about fixing issues. He takes a long time to respond. All he has is a handyman and a cleaner, who are both busy with other things. I sent the owner a total of two VRBO messages, nine direct text messages and two phone calls about these issues during our six day stay. These numbers should be zero. This owner and this condo are not fit for any rental program. VRBO needs to address this urgently.

Golf Trip

We were excited to get to the property, but were totally dissatisfied when we got there and found that the condo was on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The brief pictures looked like the ground floor and description never mentioned the 2nd floor, if it had we would have never rented it. We are 2 mid 70's golfers do not want to carry our clubs and suitcases up stairs, but we also learned the hard way that we cannot leave our clubs in the car or they can disappear. So we had to carry golf bags up and down stairs twice a day, way too much work. I learned another hard lesson this week, always ask and confirm the floor of the rental going forward. The condo met our needs mostly and was clean. One bathroom tub does not drain, and the master closet is locked so I had to move a suitcase and golf club hardcase around the room every day because there was no other place to but them. Additionally, on our next to last night the thundering herd of renters or owners in the condo directly above us came in and were very noisey for the next 2 nights.

Another fabulous stay in North Myrtle

This is our third stay in this beautiful property and each time we enjoy it more. The condo is absolutely perfect for beach/pool and activity based vacations - you have everything you could ever need within minutes, but at the same time the property is so quiet and private! You can virtually fall out of bed into the gorgeous pool, where you can always get a lilo and parasol. The bigger pool is a couple of mins away and is stunning with a brilliant hot tub. You can be at Walmart, Barefoot and Broadway at the beach in no time; it’s hard to think of a better location. The condo is extremely comfortable with A1 air con and very powerful showers. The kitchen has everything you could need and a big refrigerator to keep everything icy cold. Never once have we even heard any noise or disturbance noise (which we had experienced at other locations), the general vibe in this area is so chilled. The owner is extremely professional and has always responded in minutes to any queries with answers. Cannot recommend this property any more highly.

Great location for golf and entertainment

Booked for stay while playing in a golf tournament. Great location central to golf courses and other entertainment and restaurants. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Would book again. Suggest you bring beach towels and bathroom supplies if you do.

Lovely unit!

Unit was a nice size in a great location near Barefoot Landing and Tangers Outlets. There is so much to do in the area. Great kitchen, very well appointed, living area was super comfortable. The only negative was that there was no access to a closet in the master bedroom, not enough storage for our clothes. My husband used the dresser and closet in the extra bedroom. Overall, great place to stay.

Vrbo experience

Nice place to stay. Master bedroom was great all though the spare room mattress needs updated perhaps along with the furniture (big rip on top of chair) and when we arrived there was no toilet paper. I’d also suggest hand towels (there were none) and a pot holder for kitchen. But that being said, the price was great and all other amenities were there. Owner was on top of all our questions. The Decor was very nice! Kitchen had everything you need.
