Remodeled beautiful, fully-furnished duplex in Beaver Creek Resort with spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain. 2,400 square feet nestled in the Fairways Golf Community within the gates of Beaver Creek Resort. The open floor plan makes this home perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and large granite countertops. The home has beds for 7 people with 2 fully remodeled Master Suites and a loft on the 2nd level and 1 bedroom with remodeled bath on the main level. It also has the convenience of a garage and washer & dryer.

Property has Beaver Creek Resort skier shuttle service on demand from front door of residence to chairlift during the day, and also has on-call 'dial a ride' shuttle service from 6 am to midnight daily.

Safety - This home has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors located throughout the home with a central unit that is connected to the home security system. Also, there is a fire extinguisher located in the garage and kitchen. In addition, there are no security cameras located within the property for guest privacy.

This townhouse is amazing! Location is perfect , we have stayed in several rentals on this mountain. This is by far our favorite.

4 adults and 2 kids stayed very comfortably over Christmas break. The unit is very well stocked and easy to get around beaver creek with Village Connect. Would recommend!!

Spacious condo, perfect for large family or two families with kids

Condo was well appointed and exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our family of 2 kids and 3 adults. The shuttle was easy to use, came right to the door and was a quick ride to ski school or bc restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing trip

Great vacations start with the property you choose. This townhouse did not disappoint we chose to stay for 2 weeks. This property was everything we were looking for in a Beaver Creek rental. It was clean , well equipped and most of all comfortable to live in. We will be back!

Perfect Beaver Creek Home Away From Home

Beautifully remodeled home by the golf course and on the bus route.

The pictures are exactly as the place looks. I have not stayed at place that has a better stocked kitchen! There is even a wine fridge, we used it for the kids juices though. Anything you think you might need is here, from a butter dish, 1st aid stuff, flashlights, to even glove warmers. The fireplace place is gas, which just means turning the valve, we used it every evening. We didn't use the tv service, since we brought a Roku and hooked it up directly to the tv in the family room. The place is kid friendly now that the 1 ornament hanging from the mantel is broken (thanks to my daughter within 2 minutes of arriving). We stayed here with another family, so the 2 masters and the bunk room was ideal. The 2 masters are located upstairs on opposite sides of the house with a small loft area with a desk in between. The bunk room is located on the main level between the garage and the family room. It has an attached bathroom (with shower) that is also used as the main level powder bath. Beds are comfy, lots of blankets and pillows are available. The washer and dryer as well as a sink are off the hallway that leads to the garage. The garage is available to be used to store your skis, boots, poles, snowshoes, sleds, etc.... The outdoor hot tubs and pool (pool is closed in winter) are just a short walk down the side road. We went twice with the kids (ages 6,5,3). House is the first stop from the mountain on the "Creek Express" bus route. If you use the village connect app it will tell you how long before the bus shows up at the end of the driveway. The best part is that the bus goes down the street and then back, so you if aren't ready when it goes by you can catch it 1 min. later when it comes back. We used the bus 17 times in 5 days! We would take the kids to ski school on the bus and then come back and get ready ourselves. The house is beautiful, location is excellent, bus service is quick and comfy. We had an incredible vacation over President's Weekend and we look forward to staying here again next winter!!! Rick, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Brian & Kaleen
