Any gathering of more than 20+ people requires approval from the owner and a special permit from the township. It is the guest's responsibility to obtain any such permit and present it to the owner prior to the booking.

This was an excellent beach stay! 9 adults and we were very comfortable. Very close proximity to the beach and the viewing platform on the dune was a definite highlight. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and access to a beautiful private beach. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had or concerns. Also very flexible on check-in and check out. Nice outdoor seating down by the beach plus beach chairs and plenty of room for all of us.

Great beach house with private beach!

We had such a lovely week at Arunaā€™s beach house! We were a large group of 7 adults and 4 small children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The private beach was amazing and being able to bring our dog was the icing on the cake! We hope to go back and stay again!

The house was the perfect size for our two families consisting of 3 adults and 4 children ranging from ages 8 to 12, plus one dog. We even had some extra room, which was nice to have for the times us adults wanted to hang together, but still hear the kids. Everyone loved the private beach, including our dog. You can't beat watching the Thursday night fireworks from there. And the super quick drive to the boardwalk was amazing. No sitting in traffic for us! We would definitely consider staying at this house again next summer.

Wonderful stay

Aruna and Jayā€™s property was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids. We especially loved all the different outdoor seating areas ā€” we tried them all and liked them each at different times of day! It allowed us enough space to all be together for a meal or to find separate spaces for more quiet time. The beach was lovely, and seeing sunrises from the dune deck was amazing. It was also very helpful to have the grill and outdoor shower. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Large, clean beach house!

We stayed with our adult children and very young grandchildren for a week family vacation. We have large dogs, and the house was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable. Beach is private so no crowds to deal with and the dogs could run around. The house is very clean. The pictures do not do it justice, much bigger than expected, with a really nice outdoor patio area where we hung out often. The bonus is the deck on the top of the dunes looking over the ocean. Great location for sunrises in the morning and drinks early evening. Loved our vacation and will be back!

Amazing

The house is in a wonderful location. Short walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and table & chair overlooking the water. The house is decorated beautifully, it was stocked with basic pots & pans, and tons of room for large families. The outside set up was awesome. Table & chairs with an umbrella and greenery giving privacy. The outdoor shower was nice after leaving the beach. The top white table & chairs was beautiful to sit with glass of wine and to watch fireworks on Thursday evenings. I would definitely stay at this house again, a wonderful memorial vacation.

Fabulous and Fun!

This house exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, bright and lovely and larger than the pictures shown. We were greeted by our host Aruna who is very pleasant and friendly and showed us the property and was helpful in providing all the details and rules of the road. The house was very clean and inviting and felt like a home. We had a large family gathering of ourselves and our 3 adult children with grandchildren ages 7-1. There was enough room for everyone and the two oldest kids loved sharing the twin with trundle. The sitting room was perfect for pack and play and quiet for baby. The beach was amazing and having our own private access was perfect. We loved the upper deck, the boardwalk nearby which the kids loved all the rides and arcades. The family canā€™t wait to do it again! My husband has some mobility issues and was unable to get to and enjoy the beach, if planning for anyone with a disability this is something to consider. Overall it was the BEST family vacation and we will have built great memories! One seven year old coming up from the water, exclaimed ā€œ Iā€™m sooo happy!!ā€ As a grandparent it doesnā€™t get any better than that.

Wonderful week at the beach!

Our family of 7 adults spent a week at this really lovely beach house. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the very private backyard area. Our 84 year old mother was easily able to get up to the ocean front seating area via the walkway. It was a perfect week of catching up with family and relaxing. Thank you Aruna for sharing your lovely beach home. We will be back!

Great house for families

We had a great stay at Arubaā€™s house. We were a large group of adults with many small kids and the house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. The proximity to the beach was also incredibly worthwhile as was the short walk to the boardwalk. I highly recommend Arunaā€™s home!

Fabulous beach vacation

A wonderful beach home with private beach. The outside areas were great a lovely trellised area private yard with plenty of tables for all our meals. A dune deck and then an area with a firepit overlooking the ocean. The house and kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to prepare our meals. The house was clean and uncluttered. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and shopping for all you needed was a quick drive away. The owners Aruna and Jay were attentive and available. Understandably we had to bring all our own linens, blankets and beach chairs etc due to COVID. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back!

Best beach house

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Aruna, the owner goes above & beyond to give her guests a wonderful experience. The fully furnished house is beautiful. Beach access is a breeze. Walking distance to the boardwalk, but still far enough to be quiet, if thatā€™s what youā€™re looking for. Aruna even brings you dessert at check in. We will definitely be back again!!!!

Great house in a great location

We rented the property for the week of July 13-20, 2019. The property owner was there to great us and gave us all the information we needed to get started. She also gave us a delicious pie. The owners have landscaped the entire property in an amazing fashion that adds privacy and beauty throughout the property. We had 3 adults and 9 teenagers. The house is listed as a 6 bedroom house that sleeps 12. However, it is set up as a 5 bedroom with a sitting room. But it still sleeps 12 easily, especially if you have a large number kids. Also our house was one of two on the property and is the one closest to the street. A house that sleeps 8 is in front and closest to the beach. That said you can walk up a private boardwalk to the beach while passing your private beach yard with high chair seating and a fire pit with seating that both houses share. The beach you use is also private, but life guards are only 100 feet away to your right if you have kids. The house itself has 3 TV's with cable, plenty of dishes, forks/knives/spoons and pots and pans. It also has a basement with a washer/dryer and a second freezer that we used to store extra ice. Your first backyard has multiple tables that we used for dinner each night and a large grill big enough to cook large meals. This house also allows dogs and the property and the beach allowed ours to have a lot of outdoor time all week. There are also 5 off-street parking spaces. Overall a great house for a large group. We will be back again!

This property is in a quiet family neighborhood. It is far enough from the noise and hustles of local attractions but at the same time we can WALK there and have fun. Also, this property has its own 50 feet of private beach with long established beautiful dune with decks and garden. For us it is a retreat on the ocean.
