Awesome condition, this town home in the prestigious Grayhawk community of North Scottsdale is just waiting for you and your golf clubs.
This 2 bedroom townhouse has windows on 3 sides making it light and airy - perfect to enjoy the Arizona sunshine & sunsets.
Two outdoor areas with one overlooking the resort style pool. Two bedrooms - one king and one queen with 2 luxury bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, separate dining and comfortable living room with gas fireplace.
In suite laundry, two car attached garage.
One 55' HD/LED TV in the living room, and one 32' HD TV in each bedroom. We have TV streaming that should satisfy your viewing needs with local channels from most US and Canadian cities. Follow your favorite sports teams from the living room TV. High speed internet included.
The unit overlooks the resort pool and hot tub and one minute walk to the fitness and community common room. There is a video camera situated at the pool/hot tub area that is NOT monitored, but would be used if needed.
Walking distance to upscale restaurants, groceries and the Grayhawk clubhouse for a round of golf or drinks/ appies on their patio.
We have a cancellation policy that is not offered by VRBO. We will refund all of your deposit if we are able to re-rent the property. Please enquire about our cancellation policy for further clarification.

Fabulous Grayhawk

Our stay at Ross and Kari's Grayhawk condo was everything we could have wanted.The communication with the owners was prompt from our initial inquiry throughout our stay.The location of the property was excellent with everything you could want only minutes away, including golfing, shopping, biking and hiking trails.The facilities (pool, grounds, gym) at the development were beautifully maintained and easily accessible (a secondary key fob would be nice) The unit's close proximity of pool area was a bonus.The unit was quiet, well maintained and very well equipped with everything we required. We did find the bed in the primary may need a replaced mattress in the near future.Our month long stay in your beautiful condo was more than we could have asked for. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Great Place Great Location

What a great place. Nice terrace Overlooks the pool! Nice workout area and pool was awesome. Ross was great to work with whenever I had a questions, he would promptly reply. Location is also great. Overall great experience highly recommend!

Comfortable Spring Retreat

Our 5+ weeks was very enjoyable in this well-equipped, nicely furnished and very clean Talon Retreat 2BR, 2Bath unit. Its second floor location forced us into a bit more exercise than we were used to, proving to be a good thing! The location in North Scottsdale is excellent in that grocery stores and several restaurants are nearby as are several golf courses. Only wish there was a guarantee on the weather---we were there during the coldest, most blustery March in long-time residents' memories.

A nice place to getaway from the cold.

A nice place to use for our 5 week getaway from winter. The condo was well furnished and very convenient location. We loved that we could walk to the grocery stores. The pool which was warm and the grill was used a lot. Loved that hiking was 5 minutes from the condo.

Great condo

Beautiful, quiet great location!

We spent the month of January in this beautiful townhome in the Grayhawk neighborhood of North Scottsdale. It is in a great location within walking distance to two grocery stores, great restaurants, a golf course and yoga studio! The workout room and pool/hot tub were clean and inviting. The townhome itself has great light and updated furnishing. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever experienced. What a great place to escape the cold winter in Minnesota. Thank you Ross and Kari!!

Wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our month-long stay in this condo very much! It is very clean, bright and well furnished. It is just as pictured but "even better in person"! We would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay again if we get the opportunity.

Beautiful and clean with nice balconies

Very convenient location for north Scottsdale. Nice walking/running trails to grocery stores, restaurants and a couple of shops. Condo was nice for a family of 4, we had plenty of space. The pool was well maintained and nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this place fir a relaxing stay.

Beautiful unit, close to Barrett Jackson

We loved it here. Plenty of space for just one couple and enough space for two. Great location and close to Barrett Jackson which is why we were in town. The unit itself is tastefully decorated with everything you need for comfort. Overlooking the pool area off living room balcony made us feel like we were on a tropical vacation. Ross was quick to respond and answer questions. There were no unwelcome surprises. I would certainly rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A First Class Accomodation and Location

This Condo in North Scottsdale is perfect! It is well appointed, comfortable and part of a very upscale but cozy development. Most importantly, it is in the middle of all the action in the North Scottsdale area. Great restaurants on every corner. Just a mile from the 101 Loop that gets you anywhere in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Lots of attractions, golf a-plenty, and non-stop sunshine. This unit overlooks the pool area and is just steps away from the front door. Don't miss the Musical Instrument Museum - just a few miles from the Condo. Most importantly, the Owners are responsive and great to deal with.

Excellent Property and Owners

This well-equipped condo served as a home-away-from-home during medical treatment at nearby Mayo Clinic Arizona. The owners were very responsive before, during, and after the rental, including replacement of a dead washer-dryer within 24 hours. The unit overlooks a nice pool and hot tub, and is conveniently located for day-to-day needs (see previous review) and is also near some of the Valley's major cultural destinations (e.g., Taliesin West, Musical Instrument Museum). The two bedrooms and two baths allow for more than a couple, and the space handles four comfortably. It would be helpful if the description of the unit explicitly stated that it is all on the second floor (which can be inferred from the photos), a fact which may be important for some potential renters. We'd happily rent this unit again.

Very Nice

Overall this condo is very nice and in a great location, Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. The owners were very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars was that the push button entry pad on the front door was temperamental and annoying. There was a leak under the Kitchen sink but it was pretty much a non issue. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this unit and recommend the owner change the key pad on the front door.

PERFECT

We spent the month of April, 2015, in this condo unit. All of our interactions with the owners before arriving were very helpful and professional. The unit when we arrived was immaculate. Any questions we had, was answered immediately. This was the best unit by far we have stayed in compared with our several previous trips to Scottsdale. This complex is accessible to shopping, grocery stores, great restaurants,golf courses, walking & hiking trails. Great pool & hot tub. Is located in a beautiful & pristine complex. We loved this unit and would highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again.

Visiting Arizona

My wife and I were visiting our children and grandchildren and found this unit at Encore at Grayhawk on line. It was in pristine condition and even more crisp, clean and inviting than the photos. We would rent it again without hestitation. Addittionally it has a large outdoor deck with an excellent view of the pool area and is extremely well equippped. The Encore location is very convenient to dining, shopping and recreation. Ross was very helpful and easy to work with.

Looking to relax in luxury? This is the place for you!

This condo is simply beautiful! Completely renovated with high-end finishes and gorgeously decorated! What you see is what you get, the pictures are very accurate. Not only is this condo beautiful, but it is clean and well equipped for a relaxing stay. The pool is just a 30 second walk away and was a perfect spot to relax with a book or barbeque lunch. The condo association did a wonderful job with upkeep, always cleaning the pool, walkways, etc. There are sidewalks for a relaxing 1 mile walk to a nearby Starbucks, grocery store, and other shops/restaurants. Ross did a wonderful job communicating and answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and enjoy Scottsdale!

All of the furniture and accessories were lovingly selected by the owners to ensure the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
