Excellent place to stay!

We have stayed at Beach Colony several times and love it. This condo is exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful, restful vacation.

great location

We loved the location the most. It was between pensacola, orange beach, and gulf shores without all the chaos. It was quiet and the beach was beautiful. Spent most of our time on the balcony. Will definitely recommend .

Great Condo

We had a great time here! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels and amenities. We would have appreciated some board games or something similar as it rained on us a lot, but over all we had a great time.

Great condo with beautiful view

Wonderful stay. If you plan on cooking though, make sure to bring your salt/pepper/spices. The kitchen is really well appointed otherwise though!

Great Vacation Stay

Nice, clean condo with exceptionally fast wifi. We loved that. This condo is centrally located to shops and markets. Close to Pensacola and the famous Joe Patti's fish market. I would stay here again. Absolutely no problems

Great fall beach break!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was nice and clean, and everything is so convenient! Y’all may want to check on your oven... it seems like the display may be broken!

The condo itself was very clean and beautiful the view was absolutely amazing!!

The only issue with the property was there were a few days where the pool was pretty dirty but it was eventually cleaned, other than that it was such a great week!! I highly recommend Beach Colony Resort and especially 9c!!!

Nice place

This was a nice place to stay. It was a bit run down but inside the condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was great. The seating was comfortable. We were there to visit our daughter, who lives on base, so we didn’t cook or spend any time on the beach but the kitchen was set up well. It took a minute to find the lockbox for the key. The instructions sent showed it on the door handle but it was actually on the railing adjacent to the door. Remember to look down for it!

We have stayed in this unit several times. The only issue this time was the dishes in the cabinet were not clean and had to be washed before using

Property was nice and in a good location. large balcony Seems like patio furniture needs to be updated or cleaned well Curtains did not cover windows completely and one window had no window covering , at night people in units in next building had full view from that window Instructions for TV unit need to be clear or remotes need some programming , we could only access 1 channel and than it would not change and than on and off or would change channels Good tv but remote issues Dishwasher made racket when washing , But we did enjoy our stay

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from the balcony. The beach was much too crowded for our taste. I would definitely recommend bringing your own chairs. The chair rental company down front lined everyone up arms length apart and if he put you in the back row, then that’s your spot for the week. Not much of a water view and hard to get through all the chairs to the water. (Remember, arm’s length apart) The condo was well stocked with nice decor. Easy check in. Upstairs neighbors sounded like they were building machine parts all hours of the night, but there’s no way to control that in a condo situation.

Train wreck

Property should never been available for rent. Construction netting on balcony made it impossible to see the beach and water. Construction workers on scaffels moving past windows with no drapes . Loud drilling directly above our condo everyday/all day

Excellent stay for our Family Vacation Week at the Beach!

Our family had a great time and a comfortable stay in Perdido Key for a week thanks to this spacious condo on the beach. It has everything you want & need. Lots of room, all the amenities, excellent views, and the community of the whole place was wonderful. We had some friends staying in another unit in the same building and it was perfect. The property is well kept and safe. We would recommend to any family/group looking for a place to vacation!

Very nice condo !

Overall it was great. when we arrived we noticed the screen door to the balcony was broke. maintenance remove it right away. the window in the living room needs a shade or drape for privacy. we just hung a sheet. i would definitely recommend this place. thanks
