Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This beautiful condo has been completely remodeled in 2024.This is an end unit providing you with more privacy and windows for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! The living room features plenty of seating for your group with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a large side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of window! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed with a NEW mattress for that perfect night's sleep. You also have a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with SMART TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Please come enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer in this fantastic oceanfront condo. This is the perfect time of year to visit the island!

AC Stopped working

It was fine up until the last night, Our AC stopped working, thought it would eventually cool...it didn't. Family unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. Conveyed concern to manager and told her that a credit on my bill would be appropriate...no answer other than I should have called emergency number. Please let me know if a credit will be forthcoming. Thanks

Island time!!

This is our second stay at this property. The Seabreeze 1 is our new favorite place to stay when in SPI. My wife & i just love coming to SPI and we have now found our go to property. Nice condo with all the amenities you need. Beautiful view of the gulf. Great swimming pool and just steps from the beach. Beds are comfortable as well. Very clean. Highly recommended!!

Nice family getaway.

Getting to the beach is simply walking outside. The ocean view from the balcony is nice. Plenty of room for our family to relax.

Great Place for the Weekend

We had a great experience. Easy to get to the beach. Pool on site. Condo was clean and had all the items we needed for our stay.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful! It was clean, had all the amenities for the beach, short walk to the beach, and close to all shopping and restaurants. The only thing I would have preferred was a more comfortable master bed. In my opinion, the bed was a little too firm and could be noisy when turning over. otherwise; we plan to return.

Great location and view

Great location and view. It was nice to have a full washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen was well stocked with items to use for cooking. Only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses could use an update.

Cannot wait to return again

Everything met all our expectations. Pre instructions were great. Interacting with the staff was a very friendly and nice experience. You could tell they wanted our getaway to be perfect. The condo we had was spot on excellent. Very clean, very organized, and the way it was ready or us prior to opening the door made it extremely welcoming. Weve traveled extensively in the past and this has been one of our best and memorable times.. We highly recommend Seabreeze 1 to anyone.

Sea breeze review

The location of the property was amazing! Great view and overall layout of the property was great. The cleanliness was only fair upon arrival. Also, some of the drawers were broken etc. Elevator not working. But overall, the condo had all we needed for a relaxing getaway for my family. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Great Location

The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Furnished well and everything worked as it should. The staff was incredibly helpful. Had a run in with a jellyfish while I was there and the property management staff was kind enough to immediately locate a large bottle of vinegar I used to help alleviate the discomfort. The view is magnificent and the beach is only a couple hundred feet away. The condo owner was considerate enough to compile a list of attractions and places to eat that's packaged in a portfolio for easy access. her comments about good restaurants in town were right on! If you're in to waterparks, Schliterbahn is only a mile or two away on the south side of the island and if you're into horses a ride on the beach is about 8 miles north of the property. Really great place and I'd recommend it unconditionally.

Already reserved a first floor condo for 2015

The location description was spot on, the photos were accurate, the condo was not as clean as the condo we were in last year. The utility room around the A/C unit was dirty and there was hair on the wall of the shower when we arrived. Definitely would recommend this property for its location, size, beach access, and closeness to the ocean. We love the beach. Our fav restaurant is Blackbeards and we love the local shops.

Perfect Little Condo for a Small Family

For 2 adults and 1 child this was a perfect little condo. It was clean and had a perfect view. It was a little out-dated but we didn't mind since we were so close to the beach. I really like being in a small complex where getting to the beach, to our condo and to our car doesn't take but 2 minutes. We will be coming back.

The place is very lovely and clean. We love the view and sitting watching TV. On the clean new furniture . It is convenient location. We all appreciate you answers to every of our questions. We will recommend to friends to come and will be in mind for the next vacation when think about the beach trip.
