Villa Clara-Guadi for 12 people, heated pool, air con, Wi-Fi, panoramic terrace

Villa Clara-Guadi is a large, modern holiday home spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and an adjoining living room. Next to the living room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and access to the rear terrace. A hallway next to the kitchen leads to two further bedrooms. One has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both of these bedrooms have access to the pool area.

An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a living room with access to a small terrace offering panoramic views of the port of Porto Petro. On this floor, there are three more bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Adjacent to these bedrooms you find a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed, a sitting area, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a small terrace.

The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace with a chill-out area and stunning views of Porto Petro.

Heated pool! The water is heated to 28°C and surrounded by sun loungers for soaking up the sun. A built-in barbecue and veranda overlooking the pool are also available. An outdoor dining area is provided with a large awning .

Please note that there are sensors on the doors and windows, so if you leave them open, the air conditioning will automatically shut off.
