Bright airy updated large 1 bedroom 2 bath top floor in sought- after Wailea Ekahi Village. 27D is a top corner unit known for our panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a Mai Tai while gazing out at the whales breaching out of the ocean at sunset!

This unit boats high ceilings, new coastal decor, custom updated kitchen with built in sub zero fridge and new stainless steel appliances. It is a stones throw proximity to one of the small pools and paddle tennis courts and is a 4 minute stroll to the newly renovated pavilion pool area and beach.

Unit includes one king bed in bedroom, murphy bed in living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, DVD player, large flat screen TV, Cable-box with recording feature, in house phone and fax/scanner copier for guests to use.

Wailea Ekahi Village Condos in south Maui overlooks Keawakapu Beach, noted as one of Maui's best beaches especially for swimming and snorkeling. Ekahi is 34 acres of tropical gardens boasting banana, papaya, tangerine, lime, and avocado trees, as well as orchid gardens and herb gardens.

Ekahi has these resort amenities : four swimming pools, pickle ball , and shuffleboard. No crossing of busy Kihei road for those staying in Ekahi village! The entire grounds of Ekahi wind down to the beach. The fabulous large pool adjacent to Keawakapu beach has a private beach entrance and a newly built in 2020 luxurious pavilion with gourmet kitchen (dual stoves, fridges an ice maker), WIFI, barbeque area (BBQing is not permitted in individual units) as well as full bathroom facilities.

Great stay!

We woke up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean and it was lovely! Great proximity to the beach and both Wailea and Kihei areas. Would stay here again.

Excellent location/ excellent host

This was our first stay in Wailea Ekakai Village. The property has easy access to the beach and a fantastic view. The unit is well-appointed and has everything. We need everything from a well-stocked kitchen to beach chairs, pickled balls, rackets, etc. The host was incredibly helpful, and I highly recommend this unit if you plan to stay in Wailea.

We really enjoyed the condo - beautiful views from the lanai! It was clean, with well appointed kitchen for cooking and comfortable bed! Easy walk to the pools and beach from the condo, as well as to the Shops at Wailea and restaurants in the different hotels. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

We loved our week in this beautiful condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai with the beautiful view and sounds of the ocean. It was nice to be able to just walk down to the beach and to walk to several restaurants. We would definitely come back again.

Romantic Nirvana!

Wake up in paradise with a view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Have breakfast on the private, open deck before heading off to your adventure. This unit is well located, clean and well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen as well as fun in the sun. Excellent communication with the host too, we’ll be coming back!

Great Wailea Stay

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The two bathrooms were very nice to have. The view from the lanai was even better than pictured! The condo was very well equipped with every kitchen item you would ever need. There were a ton of beach towels and great beach chairs. Bed was comfy. The location of the condo to the small pool was very nice. And about a 4-5 min walk to the large pool/pavilion. The beach off this property is fabulous and the fitness center was perfect!

This condo is fantastic! We spent 10 days here and it had everything we could have wanted. It was super convenient to the beach, pools, pickleball, and it has a washer/dryer that really comes in handy. The mattress and beach gear provided could be updated to take it over the top, but we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo location

We love the property at Ekahi. Is is well located, beautifully maintained and beach front access. The condo we stayed in was recently updated, clean and well stocked. Wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets, right next to a smaller quiet pool and not too far of a walk to the main pavilion. The pavilion was being renovated during our stay but the main pool was still open as week as beach access.

Lovely property, perfect location, great host

Well appointed and thoughtfully equipped condo in a great location. Water view, short walk to beach, but far enough back from beach to avoid the crowd noise. Contiguous beaches in this area allow a mile long walk along the beach. Two quiet swimming pools on property. Host lives nearby and was amazingly helpful and responsive. Located one beach away from south end of the Wailea beach path, so easy walk to resort restaurants. Groceries, food trucks, services etc. in Kihei are within a ten minute drive. Ideal in every respect.

Panoramic ocean views

Ekahi is a large beautiful property with lots of green space and direct beach access. 27D has absolutely amazing panoramic ocean views and is a short walk to the main pool and beach. It is also very close to one of the small quiet pools. We had meals on the lanai while enjoying that amazing view. The condo was clean and Tania was quick to respond and great to deal with. Bathrooms are newly renovated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was so nice to fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the waves.

35th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

I don’t have enough words to describe our stay. It was absolutely beautiful!! My wife and I hadn’t been back to Maui since our honeymoon 35 years ago. We couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay!! It was as advertised!! It was so peaceful and quiet! And the view of the ocean was spectacular from the condo!! Sitting at the table on the balcony was the best no matter what time of day it was! Our stay was 12 days from Oct.28th thru Nov. 9th. Our host Tania was so nice and supportive of our stay. The hardest part of the trip was leaving . But we left with great memories of our stay in Maui!! Thank you so much Tania!! Hope to revisit in the near future. Tom & Angela Kent, Ohio

Relaxing Week in Maui

The condo was very comfortable with great ocean views. The Bedroom and both baths were tastefully remodeled. We appreciated the quality outdoor dining furniture. The Murphy bed was also very comfortable. Tania and Joe live in Maui and they were great in assisting with all of our concerns, which were minor. The only thing I would recommend would be soap dishes for both baths and maybe a magnifying mirror in the Master. The back-lit vanity mirrors were really nice. When I realized it was late and there was no starter pack of coffee, I texted Tania and she brought us 2 bags of Hawaiian Coffee that evening. Owners are extremely accomodating and go above and beyond to make their renters happy!

Great views and nice condo

Overall I was pleased with my stay. The photos were accurate and the condo complex is definitely one of the best. The bed was a bit soft for my liking (I prefer firm / memory foam type mattresses) and the AC units worked well but took a bit to cool down upon check in and are a more dated style. There are definitely more updated / modern condos to choose from but this one was well located a short walk to the main pool / beach area and had great views. It was also very quiet being away from main road and on the top floor. The manager is very attentive and lives close by for any needs that arise. For the price I would have expected some essentials be stocked such as body wash, shampoo, q tips, plastic bags for the kitchen, tinfoil etc. so plan accordingly. Was nice to have plenty of beach towels, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs etc. I would also have liked a dresser in the bedroom to put clothes - there was a wire caged drawers in the closet. Overall had a great stay.

Excellent condo in paradise

My husband, 13 year old daughter and I all had a wonderful stay at this fully-equipped condo. This was our fourth trip to Maui, and by far the best. The kitchen had everything we needed for stay-in meals (Tania went above and beyond to ensure there were a few items I requested), and cooking didn't even feel like a chore with the beautiful ocean view out the kitchen (and every other) window! There were plenty of great restaurants nearby for when we didn't feel like cooking. We went for daily walks, starting at the beach beyond the family pool and meandering all the way along the beach pathway to the Fairmont hotel...and we split the rest of our time between the quiet pool, the family pool/pavilion, and the fabulous beach which was only steps away. Inside the spotless condo, there was a large TV which we enjoyed a few nights, and plenty of comfortable furniture. The grounds of Ekahi are amazingly manicured, and the entire complex felt friendly, serene and safe. Tania was a pleasure to deal with. We'll be back!

Awesome View

Our visit to Ekahi Village Unit 27 D was very comfortable. My husband and I sat on the lanai every morning to drink coffee and watch the whales as they breached and tail slapped. They put on a spectacular show for our entire 14 day visit. The unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils but that is all it’s lacking. The bed was comfy, there were plenty of towels, and the shower had good pressure with warm water. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room made it easy to occasionally cool area you are in. Mostly we left windows open as the ceiling fans put off a lot of nice air flow. There are 4 pools but only one was heated and that one is located beach front (we watched the whales from here also). The 3 non heated pools are quiet pools so less people which was nice. The best part of this condo was absolutely the lanai. Every evening watching the sunset was amazing. So my rating here overall is awesome view.

Really nice condo with great views and location

A lot of Hawaii condo ads say "ocean view", but when you get there you have to stick your head out the bathroom window to see it. Not so here; we ate most of our meals on the lanai enjoying splendid views from Molokini to Lana'i and West Maui. It could almost be called "white water" as you can see the end of the small snorkel reef at the beach. And the owners have thoughtfully furnished the lanai with raised table and seating so that the railing doesn't block the view. The condo itself is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully functional. The wifi has good speed, and the TV system includes DVR. Air conditioning is effective, but we usually preferred just opening the windows and turning on the overhead fans. The library is well-stocked with novels and guide books. The beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are well-used but of high quality. The largest of the quiet pools is a very short walk, and it's only a little further through pleasant landscaping to the main pool and the adjacent beach. For Maui first-timers, let me say that we have been coming to Hawai'i for 40+ years and the Kihei/Wailea area is still our favorite destination: beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, shopping, traffic, weather, views ... South Maui has it all.

Excellent location & accommodations

My teen daughter and I had a wonderful vacation. This condo was a big part of it. The views are incredible and the proximity to the beaches and to town - both Kihei and Wailea - made getting anything we wanted quick and easy. We did find that having a car made it much more pleasant however due to the mid-day temperatures. I woke early each morning to walk on the beach and/or boardwalk, getting a coffee and enjoying all the local beauty and cooler temperature. The condo itself had ample space - 2 ladies loved 2 separate bathrooms - and all the conveniences of a home, including a full size washer/dryer. The lanai off the kitchen/living space always had a lovely breeze making it an attractive place to dine, read or just gaze out to sea. There are tons of windows bringing in a lot of light and breezes when wanted. They are easily closed when not. Only the first night did we use the AC and found it cooled things down well. There is also a fan, which I found more convenient, as well as the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. We didn't need all of the sleeping spaces, but it is good to note. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. There is also a (double?) murphy bed and 2 couches in the living room. There are plenty of newer beach/pool towels which was very much appreciated. We did find it necessary to purchase our own shampoo and conditioner as there were none in the condo. Safeway, Long's Drugs and of course multiple ABC stores are nearby for incidentals.

Ekahi Condos have it all. Beautiful quiet, well maintained, lovely pools (including quiet one a few steps away for me and my wife), a fun / well equipped pavilion for families to spread out / cook out - right next to beach access. Previous review sums the condo up: "control tower view". Comfortable & best.host.ever. Amazing time. Fantastic pad. On-top-of-it, gracious host. Not sure it gets much better! Thank you.

Great view and location!

We enjoyed 8 nights at this lovely, well-equipped condo. The 2nd floor, corner unit has stunning views of the ocean and a great place for watching sunset. The owner offers beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and other beach gear. There are ACs in the living room and bedroom. Both bathrooms have nice updates and kitchen has everything we needed for our stay. The location is convenient to Wailea and Kehei. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, fantastic ocean views

True to the property description, the condo has terrific western views of the ocean and every sunset. Very nicely equipped property with all the things for kitchen, satellite TV, and some beach amenities like chairs, beach towels, snorkeling stuff and umbrella. Walk to the beachfront path in a few minutes, 4 pools are scattered around the complex. Condo was very clean and there are ample towels, sheets, etc. Highly recommended!

The property is a great location and you can watch the sunset from the lanai. There is everything you need in the condo to make the stay enjoyable including a very comfortable bed. Host Tania was very receptive to our needs.

I bought this condo when Wailea was nothing but 1 golf course in the middle of a sparse desert. Everyone thought I was crazy! Ekahi was the first condo development in Wailea and the only one built at the time we bought. Now it is one of the most sought after vacation rentals as it is located in prestigious Wailea Ekahi village ocean side development. Relaxing and peaceful. Golf, best beach in South Maui, fantastic dining and shopping close by. Beautiful panoramic ocean-view sunsets off our lanai.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The beaches in Wailea are beyond beautiful with amazing snorkeling and walking! My children grew up swimming in the ocean here and now my daughter is living on the island.

The golf courses in the area are by far some of the best I have played. I am an avid golfer which is why I love Wailea so much.

The dining and shopping in Wailea are fantastic. Some are within walking distance either along the beach or the road!
