We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The condo's quiet location coupled with an extremely large lanai, along with the beautiful ocean and garden views, make this the perfect condo. Some of the condos features include:

Wailea Ekahi is a breathtaking, 33 acre, oceanfront resort in Wailea, Maui. This resort has 4 swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a beachfront pavilion with BBQ's. Within a short distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This property is nicely decorated, has tasteful furnishings, is super clean and well maintained, and was very lovely to stay in. The walk to the main pool pavilion is about 5 minutes from the unit. The kitchen window and patio have nice views of the ocean. The unit is adjacent to a road, but there is zero road noise inside the unit and the plantings on the side of the property are beautiful and completely block any view of the road. Very convenient location to Wailea Shopping village and south Kihei. We love staying at the Ekahi village and this unit is our favorite so far.

The condo was beautiful! It was fully stocked with everything (and anything) a family could need to make food and feel at home. Additionally, there were beach toys, boards, coolers and a wagon! We really enjoyed our stay and we’re grateful for how close it was to the pavilion and the beach, it made for easy walks back for anything we forgot.

Beautiful condo, very clean & comfortable! Was the perfect place to come “home” to at the end of each day. Gorgeous ocean view from the kitchen and lanai. Short walk to the pool and beach, which was also gorgeous. The grounds around the condo are lush and well maintained making even the walk down to the pool and beach a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Short drive into Kīhei for food, and short drive to many more beautiful beaches nearby. There definitely is road noise like I saw in some other reviews, but it didn’t really bother us. If you keep the bathroom doors closed it helps reduce the noise and helps keep the condo cooler if you have the air conditioning running.

Great stay

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous condo in Ekahi Village. The location and the amenities are great for families. Very well equipped kitchen and all the beach gear you need. Makes for an amazing vacation. Will be back.

Lovely spot in Wailea

The Wailea Ekahi property is the nicest we’ve stayed at in Hawaii over multiple trips. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the redone pavilion is the perfect spot for dinner and sunset watching. The condo unit is beautiful and modern and has most of what you need for a relaxing stay.

A wonderful property. Quiet, very clean, and a fantastic location. We liked being close enough to walk to the beach. There was some road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed swimming in the pool that overlooks the ocean. The property management was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to add an extra day and the management promptly accommodated us. We hope to stay at this condo again on our next trip to Maui!

The Perfect Choice

This is the perfect location in South Maui. The condo was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The host allowed us to check in early which was very convenient. It took about 3 minutes to walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Beautiful views of the ocean from our patio. Next time we come to Maui we will spend our whole time here. Close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to enjoy our favorite island.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We love Ekahi Village and have stayed at various properties for years. This was the first time at this condo. It was beautiful! Well equipped with beach gear, everything you need in the kitchen, loved having 2 full bathrooms and full washer/dryer, and the property manager was great to work with. The lanai is on the smaller side and doesn't have a dining table, but the close proximity to the beach and pavilion outweighs that for sure. Definitely recommend!

Our only suggestion would be to put better lanai furniture, we ended up using the beach chairs on the lanai. If your adverse to street noise, the lanai is quite noisy from the road, we just played music to drown out the cars. Overall a perfect condo!

Beautiful condo

The condo was updated with appliances, beach gear, extra bedding, and towels. The only downside was the noise level from the street. We were not able to sit outside, any time of the day, to enjoy the lanai and watch the sunset or sunrise. It is unfortunate for such a beautiful condo and great location otherwise. The pool code and tv remotes were a little tricky, but the property manager addressed them immediately. We had a fabulous trip and enjoyed the property, but we would not go back and stay at that particular condo because of the noise level from the street. Everything else was perfect!

We loved this condo. I was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3, including a toddler. The AC worked well and the little add on room to the master was perfect a young child and could be closed off. We loved having a second bathroom - one attached to the master and one in the hallway. The owners provide so much that we found useful - a beach wagon, beach chairs, fins, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The property grounds are beautiful and the main pool of the complex was the highlight for my family. My only compliants are that the lanai didn't have much of a view and is right next to a road, which made the Lanai unusable for us. Also, we could've used another "lounge" like chair in the living room to pair with the couch to make the room more comfortable to spend time in, especially because the Lanai wasn't functional for us. Other than these things, the property is near perfect for a small family and we would absolutely go back again.
