Renovated Sag Harbor Village 4 Bedroom With Pool + New Bronco with Beach Pass!

​The house has four bedrooms -- two large bedrooms each with king beds, and two standard bedrooms, one with two twins, and another with a queen. We have spared no expense on the beds, which feature the best feather pillows and soft European luxury linens.

The renovated kitchen includes DCS chef's oven, 48" True glass refrigerator, new Miele dishwasher, mahogany counters, and our favorite high quality accessories including Fellow gourmet coffee grinder and XO maker. We are tech friendly so the house is wired -- fast internet via a Google mesh system throughout, five flat screen Samsung 4k Smart TVs with Netflix, Apple TV, cable, the latest 4k X xbox in the family room, a second Xbox in kid's room. The house is equipped with a Smart gym with Peleton Bicycle and Tread, Hydrow rowing machine, Tonal Weight System, and a Sonos stereo system with arc + subwoofer in main media room + additional sonos in 5 rooms, which guests can connect to via wifi and play music.

The living room has a wonderful fireplace flanked by built in bookcases, and the great room has two sets of french doors that open up to a large deck, lawn, and a beautiful medium-sized swimming pool, perfect for kids. There is a generous outdoor shower by the pool as well as a two person hammock hanging between two trees.

The two car garage has six bicycles, two electric scooters, a kayak, stand up paddle boards, lawn games and beach accessories, and the full half acre lawn includes new landscaping and a large rope hammock between two trees. The house is stocked with beach towels, chairs and coolers.

We consider the location to be perfect -- it's on the corner of Glover (arguably the nicest street in Sag Harbor) and Redwood with water views from the second floor, and short stroll to two marinas and the Beacon, a wonderful restaurant overlooking the water. Walk a few hundred yards further and you are on Main Street.

Sag Harbor is about ten minutes from Bridge Hampton beaches and 15 minutes from East Hampton -- we have spent summers in the Hamptons for 16 years and consider Sag to be the perfect location in the Hamptons, and this house to be the perfect location in Sag.

At the request of prior renters, we also have made our new 2022 Ford Bronco with beach permit available for an extra fee.

Charming & Comfortable

So thankful to come across this gem of a home. It was filled with everything we needed and lots of amenities. It was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. It’s located in the most Charming neighborhood and feels like a movie scene. The home owner was beyond helpful and hospitable!! One of the best places I have stayed in a long time

Most relaxing vacation

We loved the location (walk to town, drive anywhere) and property. The house is very comfortable, and the kids (including my husband) thoroughly enjoyed the sports equipment which the owner made available to us.

Wonderful stay in Sag Harbor

The home is well appointed and thoughtfully decorated in a fresh, mid-century aesthetic and the owner's personal touches throughout. Everything is available to make the stay easy as well and there was timely communication. This was a great experience for my family.

Sag Harbor Oasis

This property is as amazing as the pics show and the yard and pool are even better! Pictures don’t do it justice. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need or want and more. The home gym was an added bonus on the rainy day and the desks in the bedrooms were fantastic for the several of us working remotely a few of the days. We can’t wait to come back and stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a well kept home in walking distance to downtown Sag Harbor!

Great Sag Harbor quick getaway

Wonderful location, easy to walk into town. The property is great- beautiful pool and spacious yard, ingroud trampoline, outdoor shower we used everyday, lovely vegetable garden Very quiet and relaxing. The house is well equipped with everything you would need. It was perfect for myself and spouse and teenage daughter. The hosts were very quick to respond and helpful.

Feels like you are staying at your own home in The Hamptons

This is a really warm, comfortable home that makes you feel like you are staying at a good friends home, or even better, like it's your home. The kitchen is very well appointed and the living spaces are so comfortable with really great style. Easy walk to town and quick drives to all the other towns and beaches. Tons of toys at your disposable in the garage - bikes, scooters, boards. Perfect spot!

The best place to stay in Sag Harbor!

Everything about the property was just perfect from the home itself (pleasing modern decor, family-friendly layout, well-maintained and private grounds, teen-friendly amenities such as electric scooters, many bicycles, the latest exercise equipment and the in-ground trampoline), to the communication with the owner/manager, Rufus, who was so responsive and helpful. The location of the home was also so perfect as the walk to town was only 5-10 minutes along the harbor. We also loved all of the recommendations (restaurants, coffee shops, and the sunset cruise charter). This was the best vacation home rental experience!

Comes with everything you need!

Relax by the pool or in the hammocks. Inground trampoline, bikes, toys and games for kids. Walk to town, shops, restaurants. Rufus even had a pack n play when we realized we had forgotten ours. Highly recommend.

Perfect Annex House

We have a house nearby. We had 23 people for the Thanksgiving weekend and used 125 Glover as our annex. It provided comfortable sleeping for many and a quiet getaway for all, a fully stocked auxiliary (for us) kitchen, comfortable and well appointed living room spaces in which to hang out. Also, plenty to do: and the home gym was amazing and especially appreciated off season. Rufus is a terrific responsive and accessible host. It would also be a great spot for a primary house for a large family in season with all the beach pool and outdoor supplies you would want.

Great family getaway

Really charming place, ideally situated for a short walk to town along the waterfront, or down the historic Main Street. House is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with several spots to lounge inside and out. Beds extremely comfortable. More toys (for kids and adults) than you can imagine. Too cold for a dip in the pool but looked very appealing! Highly recommend!

Terrific Family Vacation

This house is really special. A lot of thought has gone into each room/feature. We could spend a lot more time at the house and still be discovering new activities to do. The outdoor space for kids to run around was great and the trampoline was a highlight. Everything was clean and in good working order. The owner/host was very professional, organized and easy to work with. It was a great experience! We highly recommend it!!!

Perfect place to relax and recharge

The amazing photos don't even do justice to how great this house is. Rufus was an amazingly responsive host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A well-equipped kitchen, lots of games for the kids, more TVs than we knew what to do with, and a high-tech gym in the garage. The in-ground trampoline was a huge hit with our kids. We stayed in the winter and with all the natural light--it felt like warmer months. I can't even imagine how fun this house would be in the summer! We had an amazing stay and couldn't recommend it more.

Holiday In Sag

Warmly and tastefully appointed exuding a relaxing atmosphere with all the amenities that one could hope for inclusive of individual areas of personal escape and a hi tech exercise area. We loved it and the added touch of a Christmas tree provided by the host decorated with hand made snowflake ornaments and lights. The host made us feel at home. The bottle of Bubbly was a great surprise that added to the festive feeling.

We think Sag Habor is the most charming location in the hamptons, with a true old fashioned village center, with great restaurants, antique stores, a little theater, and wonderful marinas and boating. Because the houses are relatively close together in Sag (this house has room, with a full half-acre), it's a community of people who are friendly and chose to be neighbors, full of lemonade stands neighborly warmth. You can be in East Hampton or on Shelter Island in 10-15 minutes, enjoying the most beautiful beaches in the world, great vineyards, wonderful antique stores, you name it.

We love to hit the beach, take boats out with friends (it's easy to charter), throw pool parties, go bicyling, and enjoy all the area has to offer. Quite frankly, we can't imagine a more perfect spot.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

In the summer we live in between the great room, with two sets of open french doors, and the patio and lawn surrounding the pool. The guest room over the two car garage is large, has a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool and lawn, and opens up to a loft above the great room, often used by kids a play area. Because this room is on the opposite side of the house as the other three bedrooms, it lends itself perfectly to hosting friends.

The large half acre lawn is perfect for croquet and other lawn sports. We also have a ping pong table, foosball, bicycles, and other accessories in the garage.
