Edgartown Cottage is a short stroll to Edgartown Harbor

Split rail fence surrounds the one third acre yard with shade trees and flowering gardens.

All living on one level. The Cottage includes one bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has twin beds. Comfortably furnished living room with Flat Screen TV, cable and WIFI service. Sunny, eat in kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator plus electric stove. Kitchen door leads to a large deck for outdoor dining under the canopy of the red maple tree. Enclosed outdoor shower with changing area also on deck. Several steps away is the newly completed third bedroom bungalow with half bath. Furnished with a Queen bed and chair with ottoman . New flat screen TV with cable and WIFI. Private half bath and convenient closet. Newly installed Mini Split air conditioner services the entire space of the main Cottage and the bungalow also has Mini Split air conditioner.


Beach chairs are available in guest storage shed. Handy clothesline for drying beach towels. Charcoal Weber Grill is provided.

No car needed at this location - town, beaches, churches, market, theatre, restaurants, harbor, gallery, shopping, bookstore, bicycle rentals, bike path, bus stop, post office all within a short walk or bike ride. Leave your car at home!

Wonderful family spot

Wonderful Vacation

This rental was quaint and perfect for a Martha’s Vineyard get away. The owners were so helpful! It was within walking distance to many restaurants, close to the beach, and we loved that it was on the bike trail!

Lovely cottage in perfect location

We loved our stay at the cottage. The location is perfect being a 10 minute walk into downtown Edgartown. The deck and large yard make the house feel very private and quiet when you want to relax. The cottage was perfect for our family of three. It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect house! Perfect location.

The house is lovely just as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped. Outside deck was where we spent most of our time - large with a beautiful maple as your umbrella. Bungalow room made for a perfect setup for our vacation.

Im so glad you enjoyed your week at our Cottage. We try very hard to make it a special experience. The bungalow (guest bedroom) is a favorite getaway only steps from the house. It’s vaulted ceiling, half bath and quiet seclusion is unique.

This is a charming cottage in a superb location; close to beaches, walk to Edgartown, and close to a playground. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house was clean and very well maintained. The deck and outdoor shower was amazing!

Cute house, great location

We loved the house, nice and clean, great porch to enjoy the outside with beautiful hydrangeas - typical MV! Loved the extra little house for my in laws. The location was great we walked into town, it was right on bike path, there was a playground at the school across the street, and our kids biked in the hardware store parking lot while we got dinner ready! Also near Stop & Shop. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect location!!

Overall great experience. The bathroom in the cottage could use updating. The washer and dryer is in the basement which is only accessible through a bulkhead. The location is perfect. The new addition is adorable!

Vineyard cottage escape

The property was exactly as shown online. We had a wonderful week of bike riding, beach and swimming. Morning trips to the farmers market. And my teen especially loved taking over the bunk house. I miss that outdoor shower!

Everything we had hoped for.....

We returned to MV from the UK 15 years after our honeymoon. The cottage was beautiful & had everything we needed. It was perfectly situated - 5 minutes stroll into Edgar town & the same distance from the local supermarket. You can hire bikes from Edgar town bikes, again 5 mins walk away, & get to the beaches easily with no parking problems. We would recommend highly.
