Private cottage with miles of natural preserve trails out the backyard. Located close to Sengekontacket Pond and Edgartown State Beach. Situated on a quiet dirt road to the house with 2 private decks. The bike trail can be accessed at the top of the road. Only a few miles away from Edgartown but secluded enough to feel like you have your own cottage in the woods. The modern amenities make your stay comfortable and it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Excellent stay, great location! House was just as advertised; beautiful clean rooms and kitchen! Perfect outside deck with comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy my morning tea. And on the mornings it was a little too chilly got to enjoy the beautiful sun room. Also loved that you could walk a little ways down the road a catch a glimpse of the jaws bridge! Not to mention a nature preserve right next door! Great place for our small group that made for a great birthday weekend!! Would absolutely stay again/recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need for a memorable occasion. I wish we had time to enjoy the outdoor firepit We will definitely consider this property for our next trip!

Fantastic MV house that was great for our 5 adults and 2 pets. Only minutes from the shops and restaurants of Edgartown and Oaks Bluff. I would definitely recommend. Glen the owner communicated well throughout the booking and check in.

Perfect location, close to both Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. There was a nice yard for the kids and the dog and plenty of space inside. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off post beach sand. We had a blast.

The house was perfect, plenty of room for 8 adults, one 10 year old child, and a German Shepherd. Honestly, the VRBO pictures do not do it justice.It's far enough away to be quiet and private but close enough for a quick trip to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. We made some beautiful memories. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights for a family wedding on the island. It was 7 adults and two dogs. The layout was great, allowing enough room yet privacy for all. The location was ideal for us and we enjoyed the spacious yard, decks and firepit during our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Great, relaxing week

We had a wonderful week here with our dogs. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Location is peaceful and quiet but close to town. We’ll definitely return!

Amazing MV Family Vacation!

We had the best stay at Glenn’s house in Edgartown. The house was perfect for our immediate and extended family and is in a wonderful location - just a short drive to the center of Edgartown and many beaches. We can’t wait to visit MV again. Glenn was a terrific host!

Wonderful location and home

We had a great time staying at this house and exploring the area. You are able to bike everywhere on bike paths. Best of all you can walk nature trails right by the house, Felix Neck Sanctuary is gorgeous! We were comfortable at the house and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Quaint & Quiet

Great location off the beaten path with great access to nature trails. Secluded yet convenient to groceries, a brewery, and restaurants. Easy off street parking with plenty of space for larger vehicles. Great deck off a super comfy loft. Check in was a breeze and owners very helpful throughout the stay.

Quick fall getaway

Property was well kept, located in a quiet neighborhood ideally located between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. We enjoyed time on the deck both in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful location—perfectly situated between Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven. The house was spotless upon arrival, thanks to the great job by the cleaners, and the yard was a wonderful bonus, especially with the nearby walking paths. Having bikes available was such a nice touch and saved us the hassle of bringing our own on the ferry. Plenty of towels were provided, the beds were comfortable, and the window AC units kept the house nice and cool.A couple of small touches could make an already great stay even better: a guest book with instructions, local tips, and house rules would be a helpful resource, and adding curtains or blinds to all windows would make the home even more comfortable.Thanks for a great stay!

Too Hot for Comfort

Nice property, but no Air conditioning! So HOT! Later on owner imformed us of some very old dirty AC Units in basement, that we can install ourselves, but they didnt help much!The 1 ceiling fan was out of order too!Beware! Make sure you read the fine print! Who charges and doesnt provide AC in the SUMMER with 90 humid weather???
