VILLETTA STELLA - Pretty little villa 200 m from the beach.

Villetta Stella is a cute accommodation just 200 m away from the white sandy beach of Santa Margherita.

The house has been renovated, has new window with mosquito nets, new air conditioner, roof isolation and solar energy. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and living room with a sofa, which can also be converted into two single beds (extra cost for towels and bed linen). On the mezzanine floor there is a bathroom and a fairly large double bedroom, a cot and/or high chair for a baby is available on request.

The property is immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation and includes a veranda with a lounge and dining area, a small private garden equipped with barbecue and hot water shower. The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot, where there is a bar during the Summer months.

Within the Calaverde community you will find an area reserved for children, a table tennis table, two tennis courts, private parking and a communal swimming pool open in July and August (entrance fee).

Only a few kilometers away are located the most beautiful beaches of Chia and of the Southern coast of Sardinia.
