Surfer's Paradise! Beachfront Las Olas Penthouse San Jose del Cabo

Hi, my name is Stephany and I manage the Penthouse of A-600 at Las Olas for my family.
My family has owned the Penthouse of A-600 since March 2017 although we have a long history at the property of Las Olas. My grandmother, Granny Annie, lived on this property for many years in a very unique, old palapa home before she moved back to the states. I have many memories throughout the years of playing in the surf in front of what is now the property of Las Olas and of "Old Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo". Granny Annie has since moved on, but we continue to make memories in the place she loved so very much and called home for much of her life and hope you can do the same! We also own 2 other properties at Las Olas, a one bedroom and 3 bedroom, so if you have a large party and need more space we may be able to accommodate you all in the same property! From this penthouse you can take in all that Los Cabos has to offer: unobstructed views of sunrises over the beautiful sea of Cortez, the vibrant desert, expansive clear blue sky, sandy beach frontage, surfers and paddle boarders from dawn to dusk, etc.

The condo is located in between the beach and the main road to Cabo San Lucas. It is in a great, beachfront location & close to a lot. However, due to it being in between the beach (with deep sand) and the main road to Cabo (which is very busy at times), there aren't a ton of places that you can walk to very easily. There are a couple restaurants, rental shops and markets that are very close and easily accessible. There also can be some traffic noise, especially during the day and busy traffic times due to the proximity of the main road. I find the waves from the ocean to overwhelm the noise at night and while inside the condo.
