Come and enjoy our 18th floor, smartly decorated, non-smoking, spacious two bedroom, two bath condo. It provides well over 1300 square feet of living space for you and your family to enjoy. All rooms have nine foot, ceilings with ocean views from the dining room, living room and master suite.

Feel secure in this location with gated access to condo building and beach. You won't have trouble finding a place to park in the parking garage that is directly next to the condo. There is a designated parking space on the third floor of the garage for you!

The master suite has beautiful Palm Court furnishing with king-size bed. TV is a 50" Samsung HD Plasma with ROKU device and a Blueray DVD. Master bath has a huge walk-in closet, custom walk in, tiled shower with glass doors, granite counters with double sinks and separate water closet with chair height toilet. The laundry room is located off the master bath and has stacked, front load, full size LG washer/ dryer.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a 40" LG LCD TV, ROKU device & Blueray DVD player. The second bath has granite vanity, cultured marble tub/shower, glass shower doors with chair height toilet.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and Whirlpool appliances with updated dishwasher refrigerator, oven and microwave. A breakfast bar with 3 stools is ready for your evening libations! A fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, high end blender, cookware, crock pot, steamer, cooking and serving utensils.

Hunter ceiling fans are throughout the condo in both bedrooms, living & dining rooms.

The dining room has a large counter height table for 6 to catch those awesome gulf views.

There are two twin bunks in the wall off the dining room that can sleep both adults & children.

The living room has a nice leather sofa and love seat and one upholstered chair. Watch your shows on an 55" LCD HD Roku TV, or the Blu-ray DVDplayer. Great WIFI is in the unit and throughout the building, pool and beach.

The condo is completely tiled with one small rug in the living room and one in the dining room.

One of the best features of this condo is the balcony. It is nearly 40' long with over 350 SF of awesome space for enjoying the views of the gulf. There are three sitting areas on the balcony with two chaise lounges, aluminum dining table that seats six and the morning coffee spot with table and two swivel rockers. This is a non-smoking condo. Smoking is only permitted on the top level of the parking garage. No pets please.

Beach chairs service is included with your rental. Go to the beach early and see the beach attendant for your 2 chaise lounge and umbrella assignment. Just mention you are in unit 1805.

We rent weekly from Sat. to Sat during peak seasons.

Property surveillance cameras are at the pool, pool deck areas, hot tub area, elevators and common areas of the property. A ring camera is at the front door of the property for security purposes and owner/ renter safety.

A guest registration fee of $53 is required and paid by the guest at check-in to condo association.
