It has all the amenities and conveniences you'd expect for your vacation - granite counter-tops, new flooring throughout, washer/dryer, LCD TV's, DVD, two decks!, porch swing for lazy afternoons, picnic table. Play in the sand and surf all day with the convenience of having your house steps away. Six Seas is located 0.2 miles from the nearest condominium, insuring your stay there to be free of crowded beaches and ongoing beach traffic. It is only 4.0 miles from the 'T'(main beach intersection in Gulf Shores), so it offers the best of both worlds as a private getaway with easy access to all the amenities that the Gulf Coast has to offer.
If you enjoy collecting shells, wake up early and head out the door to an amazing assortment of shells unlike anything I have seen on the island. Beautiful location! House was clean and worked for us. Kitchen had very limited utensils. This house had less small appliances (no electric griddle, no small crockpot, etc) than any we've ever stayed in. We made it work, but cooking 2 pancakes at a time in a fry pan wasn't super convenient. Only 1 cookie sheet, 1 pizza pan. No plastic or rubber spatulas so you're using metal on a Teflon pan. Cookware seemed to be very new and was nice. We would definitely stay in this house again, but I'd bring some utensils and other things for cooking as we tend to eat in a lot. The rooms were great! There was plenty of room for our group of 6. The website stated there was a TV in each room, but the room with 2 twins did NOT have a TV in it, that room was very small. The upstairs bathroom was oddly configured...hardly any room in the shower/toilet area if the door was shut. The sink was right inside the doorway of the master, then the shower/toilet was separate but also in that bedroom. It was fine for us, but it may not be as okay for others. Overall, the location was great, only a few miles from the Hangout. House was a short walk over a small hill to the beach. We would stay here again!

We had the best time on our vacation. This house was perfect for our family! Just steps away from the ocean made it easier to come and go to the beach as we wanted as well as the kids. We will be back! :)

Good Value
This beach house is a good value for the price. If you just want a comfortable and clean place with a great location, this is the one for you. If you are looking for a well stocked kitchen and great bathrooms, you probably need to pay more to get that. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place as a budget friendly option.

Thank you Debbie! It is great to hear that given some recent reviews mentioning our neighbor. It seems that a small number of guests have had issues with the neighbors recently, so it is refreshing to hear that your stay was pleasant. It sounds like any issues between guests and the neighbors are personalities clashing.

Great family friendly place to stay
Nice spacious home, we had a great time with no issues we would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach front home away from the hustle and bustle of town yet only 5-10 minutes from everything.

Another great beach vacation
This was our second consecutive year at Six Seas and the property did not disappoint. The location is perfect, uncrowded beach, well stocked and decorated house, and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this property!

The house is wonderful it’s perfectly located close to town and right on the beach the house was very nice and clean lots of room for our family. We can’t wait to rent again!

Perfect quiet beach getaway!
My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very responsive. Six Seas was an awesome location with a quiet beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our lazy days on the beach watching the dolphins and other wildlife. We would definitely visit again!

We have owned property and vacationed in Gulf Shores since 1986. We chose Gulf Shores over several other destinations due to its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful, relatively uncrowded beaches. We live a short drive away and still visit Gulf Shores often, so we remain in good contact with our properties to insure they are in proper condition.
