Keys are picked up from a secure locker at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will take place at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Grömitz Dune Park behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

Helle and a cozy, approximately 52 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 people on the 1st floor of Haus Belvedere, located directly on the Grömitz dike.

The light-filled living and dining area is furnished with a cozy corner sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV, a collection of games, and various books. The built-in fold-out bed (140x200 cm) sleeps 2 people and is accessible from the hallway via 3 steps. The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living area and equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. The living area opens directly onto the spacious and equally sheltered southeast-facing balcony. With an area of approximately 12 m², the balcony offers another wonderful place to relax, enjoying the fresh sea air and a view over the dike! A parasol provides shade on sunny days. The bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), 2 nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet with a safe. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Exterior blinds provide comfortable privacy. The brightly tiled bathroom is comfortably equipped with a corner shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

The apartment includes a private outdoor parking space right next to the house. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. There is also a lockable bicycle storage room with a free charging station for e-bikes.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.
