Villa with swimming pool in the idyllic Sóller valley

Traditional Mallorcan house located in an idyllic area of Mallorca, in the Sóller valley, near the charming village of Fornalutx and the beautiful village of Binaraix. The house offers four spacious bedrooms (all with two single beds), as well as two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, entrance hall, and dining room, distributed over two floors. You will also find a cosy garden with a pool, private parking, several terraces, fans, and Wi-Fi. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.



You are only five minutes by car from the centre of Sóller, five minutes from Fornalutx, ten minutes from Port de Sóller and its beaches, and about forty minutes from Palma or the airport. It is an excellent base for exploring the island, situated among the beautiful landscapes and hiking trails of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.



The house is part of a beautifully restored traditional Mallorcan estate, divided into two completely independent units, both intended for holiday rental. Each unit has its own private entrance and exclusive outdoor area, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay at all times.



This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.
