One of the best values in Keystone for a location less than 150 yards from the Mountain House base area of Keystone Mountain - Snowdance Condominiums. It is a short walk to the Peru lift, bars, restaurants, day care, and lesson and ski rental areas. It is a ground floor unit, so no need to carry all your luggage and ski gear up stairs!

All the comforts of home are offered in this 1,000 square-foot convenient ground floor unit that is pet-free, non-smoking, fully-equipped unit. As you enter the condo, there is plenty of hooks and space to store your ski/board equipment in the entry way.

The living room is very comfortable and includes two leather recliners and a microfiber queen-sized sleeper sofa. The American Leather sofa sleeper is one of the most comfortable sofa sleepers on the market! It also includes a 55" flat screen TV with all of the streaming options. The living room also has a wood fireplace and a Colorado handmade mantle. We also have some games available for you to play in your free time.

The dining room seats 6 people and the kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, high end stainless steel cooking pots and pans, spices, and other miscellaneous items. Included are microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and crock pot.

The condo includes a Master Suite with a pillow-top king-size bed and down-alternative comforter. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom that includes a newly tiled shower with glass doors. Not quite a steam shower, but it feels like one! There is also a flat screen TV in the bedroom, along with a dresser, two nighstands and two reading lamps.

The second bedroom includes a log bunk bed that includes an XL twin mattress over a queen sized bed. The XL twin has a down-alternative comforter and the queen has a down comforter. There is also a dresser, nightstand and flat screen TV in the bedroom.

The second bathroom which is accessed from the living room area was also remodeled in 2020 and includes a vanity with quartz countertops and new tile shower/bathtub.

Linens, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper toweling, and dish detergent make this condo well appointed. Along with some personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash), we also have a hair dryer in each bathroom. We have an iron and ironing board.

The private patio deck includes two chairs and a table, and great views of the slopes and the Snake River.

A few steps away from the unit is the condo clubhouse that has a relaxing hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and showers. For your convenience there is a coin operated laundry room in the Snowdance complex.

Several additional World Class Ski areas are nearby and can be reached via car or the Summit County Shuttle. These areas include: Arapahoe Basin (5 minutes), Breckenridge (25 minutes), Loveland (15 minutes), Copper Mountain (20 minutes), Vail and Beaver Creek (45 minutes).

Per Summit County permit requirements, the maximum occupancy in the unit is 8 and the maximum approved parking space is 1.
