Amazing beach view and 20 step access from your large screened lanai. Newly remodeled open floor plan with new furnishings, wall art and appliances. This is a very up-to-date beach condo that is quiet and in a secluded property location. You can have it all!!
The bedroom has a king bed and lots of room for storage. Flat screen TVs throughout the condo with oodles of channels to keep all happy at night.
The location on Sanibel is set back on a side street and off the beaten path. We are fortunate to have a green park on one side of our complex. 8 acres of land enable us to provide a beautiful pond, lush tropical landscaping, Grove with gas grills and outdoor dining area for all those water front dinners.
Recreation abounds with shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, small heated pool, bicycling and more family games.
We believe we have the most updated interior, reliable WIFI and best beach view and proximity in all Sanibel. Additionally, we have a 'dedicated to you' on-site staff to help you with all your vacation needs.
We are a certified Florida Green Resort property. Our green space is naturally developed for wildlife viewing and touring. You'll love us as much as we love our guests!!

My dad and I work together to rent our condo and keep it stylish and well maintained. One of us is on-site a couple times a week to help manage the condo.
My dad loves to travel and regularly goes on cruises including an upcoming trip to Antarctica. He is no stranger to adventure. Our home base is Carmel, IN with Florida as a second home.
We love entertaining and offering our condo to those that want a unique and soothing beach experience.
Enjoy our condo! ps. we are both avid Ohio State Buckeyee fans but we love everybody!

My dad worked very hard and was on the road a lot during his career with NCR. I remember him feeling totally relaxed only while on Sanibel. I see that a lot with hard working people when they visit Sanibel. They love the beach, the water and the lapping waves. They can totally get away from it all while on Sanibel.
My sister and I followed in my parent's footsteps by also buying a condo for ourselves. They were all located on the first floor and just a few steps from each other. We loved getting all families together for Christmas holidays and running from condo to condo. Being on the first floor enabled us to easily fulfill our daily activities of walking, sitting and running on the beach. We were in and out of our condo lanais constantly visiting each other and spending time on the beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
It is just a few seconds to the beach from our condo and each and every condo in our complex faces directly out and over the beach. The views are incredible and the access and proximity is superior to other properties on Sanibel. That's what first attracted us to this property.
