Ocean's Reach is located in a fabulous private setting right on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy spectacular views from this beautiful direct gulf front one bedroom, one bathroom condo--only 50 feet from the beach. One of the best appointed one bedroom condos on Sanibel Island. Unit 2x2 boasts a totally new interior from floor to ceiling with many new furnishings, fixtures and accessories. With its king size master suite and queen size sleeper sofa, this tastefully-decorated condo easily accommodates two to four people.

Sanibel Island is known for great shelling, miles of trails for biking, and unobstructed beaches for walking. The shallow water allows for gentle swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, and the lush tropical vegetation adds to the experience of visiting the island. Enjoy casual island living in this friendly, small-town atmosphere. Strict zoning ensures limited commercial zones and no building is higher than four stories.

Come and enjoy a quiet, relaxing experience with great beaches, pools, restaurants, picnic areas and parks. Once you have experienced Sanibel Island there are few people that don't return. (Please note that rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless a longer listing or a special agreement is made with the owner).

The unit was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and was stocked with everything you could need! The owner was wonderful to work with. The only downside (which could not be helped) was the pool pump that ran constantly drowned out the sound of the ocean. But it would not deters me from staying there again

Oceansreach was a great little resort directly on the beach. All the units face toward the beach, which was amazing. It has a great location on the island which made it very easy to bike to our favorite shops and eateries. The pool was heated, which was wonderful since we went the first couple weeks of December. The island is really coming back and there are lots of shops and restaurants open. The management company at the front office were friendly and helpful and we were able to rent bikes on site. Our room had a fabulous view of the ocean overlooking the pool and was nicely decorated. We had a fabulous time!

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

This beautiful condo was perfect for our trip to Sanibel. It was very clean and comfortable and directly on the best beach in Sanibel. Very close to all of our favorite restaurants in a quiet location. I highly recommend this condo and the lovely owners for your get away to the island!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice. It was very clean and stocked with anything we needed. The office staff at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful. Itā€™s a nice pool and a great beach location.

The unit is true to pictures. One bedroom, one bathroom was plenty of room for my husband and me. Kitchen is small but has all you need. Unit is beachfront with beautiful gulf view, short walk to pool and beach. Bed is king and comfortable. Washer / dryer in unit is a bonus.The office staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

A heavenly get away!!

The condo was perfectly suited for me. The decoration and furnishings were so relaxing and beach related. I loved how close I was to the beach, and how I could look out of my living room and see the beach and the pool. I would definitely recommend and go here again. The owner and management were very helpful although I really didnā€™t have any problems or concerns I needed to go to them with, just a couple minor things that they got right on. I was surprised by all the extras that were available in the storage unit and the condo to make your stay most enjoyable. I definitely plan on going back.

Great Stay!!

We stayed in this unit June 13-20, 2020. Property is as advertised- clean, beautiful and excellent safe location. Communication with the owner of this unit was responsive, kind, welcoming, like talking to an old friend. Staff at Oceans Reach very friendly and helpful, great customer service when we interacted with them(renting bikes, umbrella, extra dish soap for the unit). Pool, "The Grove" beautiful, well kept, all equipment working. Staff going around before 730 am daily spraying/sanitizing pool area. Oceans Reach is at the end of a paved road, running off of Casa Ybel Rd., so its very quiet, serene, yet very accessible to shopping/restaurants. Restaurants and shops that we visited were open, only 1 business asked for patrons to wear masks, we did so. Restaurants we went to(Cips, Doc Fords, George and Wendy's, Joey's Custard, Lighthouse Cafe) did a great job sanitizing/cleaning between patrons. We so hated to leave, we have found our new, favorite vacation spot. Thank you, John, and the Staff at Oceans Reach for your kindness and excellent, welcoming customer service. Beautiful Beach Escape!

This property was wonderful and we will absolutely stay here again! The view of the beach from our unit was such a calming way to start and end the day. The unit is fully stocked with all that we needed, was comfy and restful, and a wonderful place from which to explore such a lovely natural island!

Wonderful slice of Paradise

The entire experience with booking to checking out was so easy. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The condo was very comfortable and the pictures donā€™t do the view justice! Seeing it in person is just breathtaking! The property has many amenities and was VERY well maintained. The pool was surprisingly quiet and while swimming in it, all of the other guests were very respectful toward on another. Everything was as shown and advertised. We loved the parking carport area, very nice, it kept the car cool for when you jumped in to explore the island. The very short walk to the beach for my husband who has mobility issues was perfect. Short walk, even terrain on down to the beach which was especially nice for him. Evaluators worked and were a good size and clean. Canā€™t say but wonderful things! We would highly recommend and would love to return.

New Place

We've been going to Sanibel off and on for 30 years and this was our first time to stay in a different location. We enjoyed Ocean's Reach and the unit we rented. It was a great value for the money.

Amazing location

This was an amazing location. Everyone was very friendly and welcomingā€¦ Had a nice large lanai with a lounge chair to enjoy the pool/ beachā€¦ the condo itself was great kitchen is a bit small but the view more than made up for it.

Incredible Week at Oceans Reach 2X2 (4/9-4/16)

This was our first time to Sanibel Island and to this property at Oceans Reach and both were absolutely incredible! The condo was extremely clean, updated and the description was spot on. John was great to work with, quick to reply with any questions I had and even proactively called me for places to dine, shop, etc.. We are already planning a return visit and would definitely book this unit again. Hopefully, for an even longer stay!! There's not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe Sanibel Island, Oceans Reach and this unit in particular. Thanks John and I'll be in touch soon!

Perfect Paradise

The property is well taken care of and the place is wonderful! The views are better in person! The only thing I will say about the location is it is right over the pool. Most of the time (thank goodness!!), it was not an issue. The first couple days there were several, @ 12 to 14 year old boys in the pool, screaming for hours. They left on Sun or Mon. Also, I always prefer a salt water pool. Otherwise, everything was wonderful & I would highly recommend!!

Everything exceeded our expectationsā€¦..location, unit, people at this resort, office staff, grounds/facilities immaculate!!!! unit was perfect location overlooking pool and beach. Plus also loved designated covered parking. Resort was nice and quiet.
