Private spacious 2 story home with semi open concept. Grand entryway with 24 foot ceiling then 10 foot ceilings throughout the rest of the home. The home entrance overlooks the beautiful lake while the backyard offers spectacular breathtaking views of South Mountain . This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. Home has been refurnished and freshly painted in 2014, with stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen which is also equipped with all cook ware, flatware, and drink ware, also featuring a breakfast bar. Dining table for up to 8 with leather chairs and chandelier. The living room has down leather couches with a smart TV. All bathrooms and first floor feature gorgeous 20 inch ceramic tile. The covered patio overlooks the mountains but also has outdoor lighting and overhead fans with brand new patio dining set, new lounge chairs, fire pit, and stainless steel gas grill. The first floor also offers a half bath, pantry, laundry room equipped with high efficiency washer/dryer, and 3 car garage.

The second floor has three bedrooms, loft, 2 balconies, and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed, futon, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, balcony over looking the sunset, lake, and Estrella Mountains. The bathroom has bath tub /shower, long vanity, and tile floor. The loft has a wireless printer, leather loveseat, and desk. The master bedroom is truly for masters, with a king memory foam bed, luxury linens, and grand master bathroom. The master bath has double vanity with 8 foot mirror, large shower stall, separate garden tub, and separate toilet room. Large Master balcony over looks South Mountains with 2 brand new lounge chairs.

Free WiFi with your stay. TV’s have over the air channels and Roku for tv or log into your own accounts on app’s for tv. Most cabinets have child locks. Central air through out home, ceilings fans throughout home.

Wonderful House

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for 9 nights around Thanksgiving 2020. We worked from the home on Monday - Wednesday and enjoyed working at the table out on the patio while enjoying the sunshine, warmth and views. When we arrived just past midnight on Saturday, we discovered that the refrigerator had stopped working. We contacted Tammy first thing on Saturday morning. She had someone stop by right away and had a new refrigerator for us by 9 a.m. Sunday morning! She was fantastic! With COVID running rampant across the country, it was comforting that Tammy had a "sanitizing station" set up for us with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes. The attention to detail was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, there was ample dresser and closet space for our belongings. The master bathroom was amazing. We have travelled fairly extensively and stayed in many homes. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and look forward to staying there again.

Really good

This property is spacious and well laid out. All necessities were easily available. Nice outdoor space too, I used the patio in back a lot and the fire bowl a few times. Location was perfect for my work site. The one-ply TP was a miss at this price point. There is a sweet little balcony in front but it was unusable because of so much bird poop. I asked the owner about having it cleaned and she told me to sweep it off. It was more of a power wash job so I just didn’t use it. I did move to the guest room after a few nights because the master mattress wasn’t great for me. The master bath is great. Nice and big with a separate soaker tub and walk in shower, both of which I used a lot. Everything else was wonderful. I would and probably will use it again.

Very comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The house was so nice for relaxing. We enjoyed the patio and grill as well as the balcony off the master bedroom. All the amenities were as advertised except the golf course which closed last summer/fall. Laveen is a nice area with large grocery stores, pharmacies, and your typical fast food and small restaurants. We always felt safe in the gated community. Enjoyed the view of mountains in the back and lake across the street with lots of waterfowl.

Pleasant golf course home

This is a spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable home with a golf course view from the back of the home. The master bed is very comfortable and this bedroom/bath has wonderful sunshine in the mornings when the blinds are opened to the golf course view. The kitchen is better stocked with appliances and kitchen tools than any other home we have rented - everything a cook would ever need! Round dining table seating 6 is great for entertaining or a family dinner. The outside patio is wonderful for relaxing or eating out at the patio table. LA Fitness and large grocery stores are only 1 mile away. We would highly recommend this home for a relaxing, warm Arizona vacation. Keep in mind - because the home is located in Laveen, any trips to the downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale area will be a 30-45 minute drive away.

Clean and comfortable pet friendly

Tommy's house is located in a gated community (Cottonwood in Laveen) so it is very quiet with almost no neighbor noise. It backs onto the golf course, and is across from a duck pond, so the vista is green and welcoming for such a dry place as the Phoenix area. The house is very cool, with tile floors down stairs and a covered patio, so if we were careful, we didn't need to turn on the central air until afternoon. There is a TV in two out of three bedrooms and the downstairs, so if you visit during sports seasons, everyone is happy. Tammy stocked the house very well for visitors, including shampoos, soaps, spices, condiments and things that would be inconvenient to buy for a visiting family. She has also supplied board games and cards for entertainment. The house is within a mile or two to fast food, gas, food shopping and the main connecting streets to Phoenix area events. We would stay here again for spring training baseball or other visits to Phoenix area and recommend this home gladly to anyone.

Great Place For Our Mini Reunion

We spent about 2 weeks in the house in February. The trip was a birthday / reunion with family and friends. We had my wife's sister from Alabama join us at the house. My wife and I grew up in Phoenix and have relatives and friends in all parts of the Phoenix valley so the location in Laveen worked well for us. Just a quick few miles to the freeways. The house was very clean and had a nice kitchen with all the cooking equipment we needed. It was perfect for the four of us. We needed a dog friendly place and the back yard was safe and secure for our 2 Yorkies. The neighborhood was safe and clean and a good place to walk. Grocery stores and other business are close. Tammy's house worked well for us and I would recommend it.

Great Place

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Nice view of small lake from front balcony, view of golf course from back balcony. Patio with BBQ nice for entertaining,we had 4 couples around the patio table 1 evening. I would recommend the house.

Very Pleased

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The house was very well stocked. The views were beautiful and it was very quiet. The owner was very nice and accommodating. She made us feel comfortable and we would highly recommend it for future travelers.

Everything in the home was clean and updated. The view from the patio was fun and the grill area was great. A very nice community with very reasonable golf rates. The course was fun and their management was very accommodating. The lady we rented from was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was fine. I worked out great for us, especially on short notice.
