PLEASE NOTE : Must rent first floor apt to sleep 15 and get three bathrooms ( additional fees will be added 175-350 a night depending on season) please request the apartment if additional space is needed. FIRST FLOOR APT IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.

Harbor Breeze is a beautiful 6 Bedroom two family Home on Sea Street overlooking quaint Camden Harbor.This unique property has a 4 bd main house , and a Two bedroom apartment ( NOT available during school year ) Air Conditioning in both spaces. May be rented together or separately ,both have seperate entrances. . Enjoy the views, watch the schooners ,kayak the coast, walk 1 block to town. Listen to the waterfalls from our deck. The main house begins on the second floor , here you will find the Kitchen with Viking stove and all stainless steel appliances, Dining Area, Living Room, Deck, King Bedroom with en suite Bathroom which has a jacuzzi tub and shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed, Shared Bathroom with tub/shower and Laundry. 3rd Level has two bedrooms - Bedroom one has- 1 queen , 1 Full bed , and Bedroom two has 2 twin beds which can also be converted to king ( please request if needed) . The third level also has a nice reading area.

Our deck has a beautiful state of the art BBQ where you can enjoy views of Camden, Mt Battie and the Inner Harbor.

Day Sailing on Old Schooners from Camden Bay, Sea Kayaking, Hiking,and Boat Ramp is only one block away..

Everything is provide for you , just bring your bags!! Also if you need cribs, pack and plays , strollers or high chair . We can provide at no extra cost.

The property is great, very spacious, well appointed and has beautiful views of the harbor and surrounding mountains. It is very close to shops and great restaurants. My husband and I stayed comfortably with our 3 adult sons, along with one son's fiancƩ and her 2 daughters (6 and 3).

We had such a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, cozy, and the window seating was unbelievably comfortableā€”perfect for everyone to relax and spread out. We hosted an early Thanksgiving dinner with family (and our two dogs!) and had plenty of room.The kids played hide and seek for hours and were completely entertained, which made it even more enjoyable for all of us.We even walked over to Paperplane for a pre-dinner cocktail, which had such a great vibe and was a bonus not having to drive.Ana, the host, was fantastic and incredibly accommodating, which made the stay even better.Overall, a fantastic experience. Weā€™ll definitely be back.

The location and amenities were perfect for our family. We made some wonderful memories with our grandchildren and took some beautiful walks around the neighborhood looking at the fall colors. The building is in desperate need of repairs. Windows that wouldn't close, the kitchen sink leaked water all over the place when used, the knobs on the stove didn't work properly. The remotes for the mini splits didn't have batteries. Even the front keypad was missing numbers. Everywhere you looked it felt like stuff wasn't working properly.

Overall a great stay. I will say we expected a little more from the property at the price point.Things that were really Wonderful:-Outside grill was new, only used once, but was excellent-Views of Camden Bay were awesome, especially at morning and evening.- Very large dining area for gathering- Large family rm with comfy furniture and beautiful views- Bedrooms comfy- It is a very old house -- this comes with good and bad - 5-10 min walk to camden- Nice neighborhood- Some good restaurants only 3 min walk below house- Nice deck but only room for 2 people to sit outside.- Lots of plates; silverware utensils. - Nice bottle of wine from local winery as welcome gift. (Cellar Door) only 15 min from property, and well worth the trip if you like wine and views.- We stayed on the 2nd floor only. Perfect for 2 couples. Each Bed had an adjoining bath.- 3rd floor looked nice. Room for 4 kids. No bathrooms upstairs.-Host was very responsive.Things that fell a bit short:-Entry stairs very narrow and steep. Tough getting luggage upstairs.-Kitchen and one of the baths over due for update (still fully functional though)-Some handyman work overdue ā€” missing knob in bathroom. Light bulb missing in a couple areas. Window cranks in fam rm kitchen area not good.-Needed more hand soap; foil and saran.-Pictures on website seemed like they were a few years old. -Family room gets direct sunlight in late afternoon. Making it very bright and hot.

Property is in ideal location to enjoy Camden Maine, local boat launches, and Mt Battie. Can walk to town very easily and there is a local Hannafords nearby.Feels more rustic and not fully equipped to handle 10 people. E.g plates and silverware, wash cloths, and towels.VRBO listing policy not allowing owners to have partial pricing based on full/partial rental was confusing and not ideal, though the host lists it in the description.Host was very responsive and dealt with any issues that arose. E.g the power service failed and she handled it with Central Maine power.

This was a very nice house, including the apartment, for our group of 13. There was plenty of room for everyone and itā€™s in a great location. The kitchens could be better stocked with dishes for a house that holds large groups.

Donā€™t count on functioning AC throughout or a trustworthy host. The main house (4 bedrooms/2 bath) is not as nice as the photos, but itā€™s fine. Great location, the view is blocked but still pretty, the small deck looks nothing like the listing and the kitchen is janky but usable. I wondered whether the house had AC because the thermostat said the house was 77 degrees when we arrived. It was hot! Ana assured me it was on and working and suggested I open windows since it was a cool night. Most windows either didnā€™t open or were broken and only opened a little. The following morning, after an uncomfortably hot night, my husband found a remote for the AC in one of the kitchen drawers. It was set to 77. Why hadnā€™t she told me?! But itā€™s the other rental in the building (2 bedrooms/1 bath) that takes up the first floor and is not rented during the school year, that was our real problem. It was disgustingly dusty, dirty, buggy, and smelly. We did not use it, but still had to pay for it. The sheets were dirty and Ana told us where to find some to remake the beds ourselves. Thatā€™s when we saw the mattress stains (see photos) and started looking a little closer at the space. Ana never acknowledged any of our issues, nor did she ever say ā€œsorry about thatā€. It would really have helped if she had.

We love this property for its size and location. We stayed here in 2018. However this time dishwasher was not secured and we needed to have one person hold it in or it would fall out. Also there were not enough towels available. Aside from some basic maintenance, it was as expected and hosts were responsive to our questions and concerns.

Great location be aware of layout.

Walkable to downtown was great! The main rental is only some of the pictures online and they are dated. There are two bedrooms on top level which requires u to walk down steps to get to a bathroom which is also shared by another bedroom on main level. Main area and kitchen space could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable. We had 5 women on a girls trip.

Wonderful family stay for a weekend wedding

Our family really enjoyed their stay at this home while in town for a wedding, and it felt great to have space for everyone! The cousins shared the double bed rooms and parents got the main rooms. Two bathrooms, one being on-suite, was a bit of a challenge when it came time to get ready for bed, get ready in the morning and get ready for a wedding (also, one low quality hair dryer for the entire home and nearly empty soap bottles when we arrived) but having a well stocked kitchen and dining table for everyone was more important to us overall. The weather was pretty nice while we were in town, low to mid 70s with low humidity so the air units kept up and we were comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the harbor too, yes there are buildings in the way but itā€™s still lovely, and the location is so convenient, we walked everywhere! The whole family complained about the front door, itā€™s really difficult to open and actually bent at the bottom from all the pushing and dragging over the floor, no one could understand why it wouldnā€™t have been repaired at some point, Iā€™d read lots of reviews so was prepared for it, but it was kind of mind boggling.

Family Fun Week

Convenient to Camden Harbor and accommodate 11. Property needs attention. Front door very difficult to open as it scrapes on floor (must have been like this for long time). Screens blown out on both front doors. Not a good first impression. We had to stuff towels around MBR window AC. House paint peeling off. Garage is a total mess. Pet urine smell on LR carpet. Guests in lower apartment complained about damp stuffy smell and cough / congestion. Frustrating view of large building behind home. Small deck with only two chairs. Left side of grill difficult to lite. Should show building obstruction in pictures (not a deal breaker but would provide honest description). Windows in LR very difficult to crank open (we were afraid to open as the crank might break). This could be a great property if owners/manager would take pride in up keep. We would come back if improvements and obvious repairs made. Hope owners/managers can bring this property to condition it deserves. Art

Groomsmen House wedding weekend

We booked this over a year ago before our wedding and the host was very quick at responding and answering our questions. The groomsmen and their dates and my family loved it! This is a great location for it all, one thing to be aware, we had it in June and it was perfect weather to have windows open. There is no AC but only AC units in some rooms if needed. Beds were comfy and plenty of space! Our wedding party had plenty of space and rooms to choose from even the detach apartment had its own kitchen! Get this house for a wedding or even a long stay with family. Walking distance to a lot of spots in the area! Even our wedding photographers loved all the available light coming in and we hade great photos inside and on the dock with a perfect backdrop. oMG it was a beautiful day! Thank you so much!

Family reunion.

The house was a perfect for our group. The large, well stocked, kitchen let us eat in sometimes. View was very nice and we enjoyed the easy walk into town and a restaurant being so close. As described, there is no bathroom upstairs, which was fine as we were all family. The bathrooms downstairs were nice and big! The house has old world charm and the host family was great!! Would def. stay here again.

Incredible view, and wonderful home

We travelled with our 15 year old and 18 year old son as well as their grandparents and we had a wonderful stay. The home is clean, bright, very comfortable and lovely. The kitchen is very well appointed for all types of cooking. We cooked more than expected because the kitchen was so nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. Ana was very welcoming and easy to reach on any questions. Just a street away are restaurants along the waterfront, and we were in walking distance to the town center. I loved the little reading nook upstairs and the surprise cove views from different windows ( in addition to the star view of the harbor).

Good location but didnā€™t live up to expectations

Location in Camden was ideal for a big group, easily could walk to downtown and plenty of parking. Water view from some of the bedrooms, however the view from the living room is unfortunately blocked by a restaurant and distillery. Was very nice to be close to those. However, there was some cleanliness issues with obviously stained sheets, a bathroom sink that easily clogged up, and several dead flies and other bugs. Now bugs happen in the fall, but the sheets not being clean was worrisome. The listing was also not clear as itā€™s advertised as sleeping 15 but then in the details of the listing it says actually itā€™s only 9 people and youā€™d have to book another property (the apartment) to be 15. Ended up being fine for us, but was confusing. Worked for what we needed, good location, but didnā€™t live up to expectations.

This house was awesome for our family to gather for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party got ready in the beautiful living room and there was plenty of room. Walkable to town and the wedding venue made this spot ideal. Seamless check in and check out.

We enjoyed the closeness to the town center. Did not enjoy the view of the large boat building outside our window.

Spectacular House

I rented this home for family to stay in during a wedding weekend in Camden and to host a small bridal luncheon. The house was amazing. The hosts were amazing. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was great and well appointed for lots of cooking which we did. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had. It was extremely clean and most of all comfortable and felt like home for the 4 days we were there. The hosts were also very accommodating when on our departure day one of ours cars would not start and they were very understanding and helpful with the situation. Great location for all the fun things in Camden. We will definitely rent this home again!

Camden is a wonderful town

First Camden is a lovely town, and the house is conveniently located, which allowed us to walk into town. We rented the main living area as well as the apartment. I want to say that Ana was responsive to our requests about the Direct TV service and propane for the BBQ. Some things could not be remedied during our stay without disrupting our time at the house. The weather during our stay was, rainy, hot, and humid. These conditions require air conditioning. The listing clearly states that the property was airconditioned. Unfortunately, the units supplied worked but were not adequate to cool the house. The wall mounted unit in the kitchen was supposed to cool the kitchen and the entire open concept living spaces. Three bedrooms had free standing units, vented to the outside and were not effective to cool the individual rooms. Air conditioning in the Master suite consisted of a floor box fan, nothing else. With the space not temperature controlled the entry door scraped the wood floor and was difficult to open. The apartment had one free standing air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. The unit was not vented to the outside and pumped the exhaust heat back into the room. The apartment smelled of mildew. This is an older home with some updates. Truthfully it looks neglected, worn, and needs a good deep cleaning with attention to many details. The property has a lot of potential. We made the best of the time we spent in Camden. The value for our money,

This house is in a perfect location. It sits on the end of Camden Harbor which allows for panoramic views of Camden Harbor and Mt Battie. Watching the sunset from the living room is my favorite thing to do everyday .
