Likewise, within the Oceanfront category, this unit is the premier unit. Hence, Westin designates it as "Oceanfront Deluxe," not merely Oceanfront. You are guaranteed a spectacular location within the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas complex.

Simply stunning panoramic oceanfront deluxe views. At 1550 square feet, the unit is also significantly larger than all other two bedroom (non-oceanfront) units at the resort.

All with full resort access -- all activities, pools, restaurants. Parking included in the price.

The unit has Two Bedrooms, Two Baths, One Full Kitchen, An additional Kitchenette, and Two Full Laundry Areas. It includes Two Private Oceanfront Balconies/Lanais. The oceanfront balconies/lanais offer some of Maui's most striking vantage points for Whale Watching and breathtaking 180 degree views of North Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock, and the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

The unit features all of the expected tasteful elegance in decorating - Granite Countertops, Ceramic Tile Floors, Rich Wood Furniture, Crown Molding, Large Oceanfront Windows, New Appliances, Plush Carpeting, Etc.

No other unit in Westin/Vistana/Starwood's worldwide fleet of Vacation Ownership properties compares. No Marriott, Hyatt or Hilton property compares. Three minutes from Whalers Village; Eight minutes from Lahaina; Ten minutes from Kapalua.

Incredible Kaanapali resort stay

The property is great, staff are great, we didn’t eat at the on site restaurants, but we took full advantage of the in room kitchen and amenities which are very well equipped. Kevin was fantastic to communicate with, explained the reservation process in detail and delivered on the room selection as advertised. We had a 5th floor unit in building 3. We were as close to the beach as you can be at this property, we had a large lanai, with absolutely stunning views. There was wind and rain during our stay, but the patio made it easy to enjoy the views from a fairly protected area. The units are 1 bedroom corner units with a separate studio apartment accessed from a common entry, which was fantastic for us. We stayed with an infant, the hotel provided a crib and high chair which were waiting in our room on check in. We arrived later in the evening, and had no issues finding parking or waiting for check in, but there was a large lineup at 12pm on Saturday. The pools are amazing, they had water slide, waterfall and basketball net, hot tubs were great, one adults only, one family tub. The hotel has a beach and pool attendant where you can reserve cabanas by the pool or have them set up beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Pool chairs can be harder to find at times, but we never couldn’t find one. You also have access to the westin north and nanea properties, which we did not use. All in all an absolutely amazing stay, and we will definitely be back! Aloha!

A perfect paradise

Easy reservation process, Kevin made our trip a memorable one. The units are the best in the entire resort! Enjoy your own beach/ocean view on the lanai or head straight down the elevator to access the beach front for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. Check in process was a bit hectic, but we were made aware of that before checking in. Prepare for a long wait on a Saturday. Checked in at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready until 7:00. The resort gave us a dinner credit as an apology. Just grab your bathing suit and have the front desk hold your suitcases until the rooms are ready.

Great property for multi-generational families!

The location is wonderful and the on-site amenities are great! The spacious unit(s) are set up so that the one bedroom/separate living area unit (with a beautiful large oceanfront lanai) and the one bedroom suite are separate, opening into a common entrance, which allows for more privacy between the units than a typical 2 bedroom. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Great experience! We will come back!

Excellent for 2 families ~ and amazing view!

Great place to stay for 2 families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Access to all the amenities was amazing - there was so much to do:). It had everything you could want or need in a condo - and also so comfortable. We like nice beds and everything was comfy - including the pull out couches! The view was absolutely gorgeous! The place was clean and the host was so good to us. He was easy to contact and very helpful with questions about the place! Highly Recommend!!!!!

Incredible villa and amazing host!

I can't say enough good things about our stay in this villa and our host Kevin! Even before I booked Kevin was super responsive in answering my questions. Once I booked he made the whole process super easy. He explained exactly how these types of floating villas work and answered a lot of detailed inquiries I had. He is so knowledgeable about Maui and the Westin Ocean Villas! During check-in he made himself available even though it was late where he was to ensure everything went smoothly and worked with me and mgmt to ensure any issues were resolved. I think you will be hard pressed to find a better host than Kevin. The villa was absolutely perfect for us. Super spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed, with tons of room for our family of 7 with kids ranging from 6-18. Being an ocean front corner deluxe, it has a ton of windows which brings in the light and two large balconies providing 270 degrees of breathtaking views. And because it is a true ocean front property, you are just steps from a pristine beach with great swimming on one side and great snorkeling on the other. The sunsets were heavenly from the main balcony because you have such amazing view the ocean with the islands of Lanai and Moloka'i in the distance. At night the stars were everywhere (we even saw some shooting stars). The resort itself is also super solid with lots of pools to choose from, activities for the kids, some decent dining options (but currently limited due to COVID), incredible beach access, rentals (pricey but typical for a resort of this type ). The location is great as you are away from the crowds but still have close access to the main Kaanapali area, Whalers village, Lahaina, etc. If you have a larger family/group and are looking to have the perfect Maui vacation then this is the place for you. Can't be beat IMO. Our family made memories that will last a lifetime and the trip as a whole exceeded my already high expectations and this villa and Kevin were key parts of that.
