Our holiday home "Casa Clari" is located in Javea, halfway between Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south. It offers plenty of space for up to six people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. With its location in a quiet residential area on the Costa Blanca, which is blessed with 320 days of sunshine a year and the "best climate in the world" according to the WHO,
, Casa Clari is the ideal place for a summer holiday near the beach, for "wintering" in mild temperatures and plenty of sunshine or for "workation" - working where others go on holiday.
The historic town centre of Javea with its 16th century fortified church of Sant Bertomeu, lovingly decorated alleyways, the market hall and the attractive weekly market on the Plaça de la Constitució is always worth a visit.
In addition, the modern, touristy district on the large main beach "Playa Arenal" offers something for every taste with supermarkets, boutiques, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants.
The harbour district in the north of the bay of Jávea with its beautiful beach promenade and the expressionist-style church of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, built in the 1960s, is also worth a visit.
In addition to the large sandy beach "Playa Arenal" with its promenade and many restaurants, numerous rocky bays, some of which can only be reached on foot, attract sun-seeking bathers within a radius of 10 kilometres.
