1 bedroom condo on the water, 3 minute boat ride to the big lake. Has a king bed in master bedroom, twin, bunk beds on the enclosed porch would sleep 2 as well. Boating, fishing, swimming at your doorstep. Condo has dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, tableware, washer & dryer, ac, microwave, clean bed linens and towels are provided when you arrive. heated seasonal community pool, private beach on lake Erie, enclosed fish cleaning house for your days catch. Also fish cleaning stations for hire, if you prefer not to clean them yourself, tennis court, boat ramps, boat dock at your door. NEW IN 2024 ALL BOATS/JET SKIS KEPT AT THE DOCK MUST BUY A $15.00 STICKER FOR THE WATERCRAFT AND SEND OWNER A COPY OF INSURANCE FOR WATERCRAFT. Numerous wildlife parks, marsh, Camp Perry 5 minutes away, bird sanctuary's just down the road. Just 30 minutes to cedar point amusement park, 20 minutes to Toledo's 'Hollywood casino', Toledo zoo, 5 minute drive to Camp Perry, 15 minutes to port Clinton ferry boats to the islands, We now have High speed internet for our guest. This is a NON-Smoking room. Please, Do not smoke in this Condo.

Fishing trip

Very nice place to stay at easy access to the boat Fish cleaning station was right down the road. Parking was good place was very clean. Would stay there again.

Great Family Getaway

Very clean and comfortable unit. The owner was very helpful whenever we needed to call with questions. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely come back and stay in the future when planning to be in the area. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely condo!

Nice view and very quiet

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described with everything we needed and more. The beds were great, plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans and necessary cleaning supplies. We had a really nice view and it was very quiet. Larry was very easy to deal with and replied immediately when we had a question. We would rent this condo again!

Great place to stay at Lake Erie!

My husband, our 15 year old daughter, 6 year old son and myself really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Green Cove Resorts. It was very clean, very homelike and so quiet! My husband and son fished off the dock right out the back door and on the bank of Lake Erie. My kids swam in the pool, and we all relaxed at the beach area. All the tourist stuff was easy access, but far away enough that we could really relax while at the condo! I've recommended it to all our friends and family!

Awesome experience!

Awesome experience! Easy to work with the property owner. Nice clean condo with boat ramp and access to the lake. Property owner made it easy to check in and did not bug you while you were there. Excellent fish cleaning station, Dollar General across the street, bring your meat and that’s all you need.

Beautiful view

The view from the patio was amazing and great neighborhood. My only suggestions would be to update some furniture. When sitting at patio table the chair left pieces of it on my legs because I was wearing shorts so put towel on seat.

Great getaway!!

Was very nice place to stay right by the water. nice screened porch to have a bite, relax, or play board games with the kids. The bed was comfy. The hosts Larry and Kim left us towels, shampoo, conditoner and other things I forgot to bring...they make it super easy to travel. Pots and dishes are provided. Very clean. Had a great time. Highly recommend. There's also a pool, tennis court, basketball and beach close by.

July 2022 stay

We were very pleased with the property, especially being steps from the water. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only possible drawback was the upstairs neighbors had three small children who were very early risers and tended to run a lot in the condo. They were only there for two days of our stay so it wasn't a big deal to us.

I totally understand the upstairs marathon runners, We have been there and just grit our teeth. On a good note. It has been our experience that they only come on weekends upstairs,

Very pleased with the condo

This is our second time renting this condo. Very pleased with it. Nice place to relax after a very busy day. Can cook supper at the condo or get take-out from one of the local restaurants, sit on the porch eating dinner and watching the local wildlife on the water. The ductless air conditioning system is comfortable and quiet, especially when sleeping. We would rent this condo again.

Green Cove

Small, but livable condo with good size bedroom and bath. Decor outdated but consistent with a "fishing" cabin style. Major appliances worked well. Toaster is on its last legs. Some of the dining supplies needed cleaning. There were a few construction issues but not enough to affect our stay. I would recommend this place.

Quiet and serene

This condo is a very quiet and peaceful place. It's a bit remote, but that just adds to it's charm. Condo was very clean and the people around were friendly. All of the kitchen and bathroom stuff is provided and the w/d was a great option for us. It's close to Cedar Point and Toledo for activities and fun. The local restaurant had good food and service. The view is breathtaking and was a great way to wake up each day. Our only issue was that the sleeper sofa was missing some springs and we didn't feel it was safe for our 4-year old boys to sleep on (hence only 4 stars). Not a big deal and we worked around it. Unfortunately, our boys were too young to take advantage of the fishing, but I can see us returning in a few years to partake in a fishing charter. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

I try to tell all my guest before arrival "if you find anything needing attention please let me know" Now that I know there is a problem, it will be addressed. Pet Friendly Condo

We totally enjoyed the lovely view of the harbor, boats, & water fowl from the enclosed screen porch! The neighboring residents were very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the owner's flexibility regarding pets staying in the condo. The resort rules were clearly posted within the unit. However, we were somewhat unsure of exactly which grills, picnic tables, etc. were ours to use during our stay. The kitchen area could be more well organized. For guests choosing to prepare meals at the condo, cookware could be upgraded and many unnecessary items eliminated. We were also disappointed that there was no information regarding recycling. The condo is close to Port Clinton and offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other activities such as taking the ferry to Put-in-Bay or Kelley's Island. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Green Cove and found the accommodations clean, comfortable, and welcoming!

Nice little getaway🌅

A nice little getaway, the Condo was very nice and comfy. The king size bed was very Comfy. The Condo was supplied with everything you needed. It was very Cute with all the Lighthouse and Sailboat decor. The Sunset was amazing ! We enjoyed our stay ! Larry was great , always responded to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place to stay !
