Convenient location, but the property needs significant attentionThe location is convenient for visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon, which was the main positive for us. The beds were comfortable, and the house was generously stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and paper towels.Unfortunately, there were several significant issues during our stay.Communication with the host was very poor. We arrived around 10 p.m. and tried contacting the host, but there was no response and the call went directly to voicemail. The internet was also a major problem. We had difficulty getting access because it appeared to be using Wi-Fi from the neighboring property. We eventually obtained access with the help of the neighbor, Niki, but the signal was extremely weak. It was barely enough for us to check in for our flight .The cleanliness of the property needs considerable improvement. There were cobwebs throughout the house, the rolling shades were very dirty, and the air-conditioning vents/outlets appeared rusty and in poor condition. The refrigerator was also not clean and contained numerous leftover dressings, jams, and other food items. The property is also very outdated. The TVs appeared to be approximately 15 years old, There were numerous handwritten instructions and unusual stickers throughout the house. which we found unusual and gave the property an improvised, dated feel.
