This newly remodeled 1,200 sq. ft. authentic log cabin is the perfect location for your next destination. The fully furnished, fully functioning kitchen and bathroom is unique for this 'off the grid' (No Cell Phones and no wifi), remote area of the North Fork. The cabin operates on a solar/battery and propane system.

This spacious cabin is ideal for up to 4 guests, but charming enough for a romantic getaway. The Bowman room offers queen size log bed (New starting 2022 season) You will find this room tastefully decorated with an original oil painting of Bowman Lake.
The Kintla Room features a handmade queen size log bed Bear and moose decorated theme.
You will enjoy the spacious living room with two cozy couches and a large coffee table to gather around to play games. Wood floors and two picture windows make it the perfect spot to sit in the rocking chair, drink your coffee and enjoy the views of Glacier National Park.
Full functioning kitchen including propane stove, refrigerator, cupboards, double sink, counter space. Kitchen necessities such as utensils, grill tools, plates, cups and cookware provided.
Full sized bathroom with shower, sink, flushing toilet and shelving for towels and linens.
We know you will enjoy our outdoor firepit with seating. You will also find a Weber Gas grill on the deck for your summer grilling fun!

We are located in Polebridge, Montana just off the North Fork Road. A wild and scenic designated area. We are on the west side of Glacier National Park which is a destination for people who want to discover the road less traveled.

You can sit on the front or rear covered deck and appreciate our panoramic views of Whitefish Mountain Range and Glacier National Park including nearby access to the North Fork of the Flathead River. Enjoy the quiet seclusion and the distinctive, diverse, environment as you explore meadows, mountains, ridges, canyons, forests, lakes and rivers.

Seniors on e-bikes”

After getting the 3 day pass, we went all three days. Saw GNP in all types of weather. The beauty the majestic glacier. Then after preparing our meal we ended up on rear porch with wine and a huckleberry bear claw and settle into the feeling of blissful essence of off the grid to be humbled and grateful and would do the same again the next night. An out standing experience Thank you John and Kelly

Polebridge cabin

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Kelly’s cabin in Polebridge! Very quiet place away from the busy West Glacier entrance but still close enough to GNP. Well stocked, had all kitchen utensils, extra blankets, we also enjoyed outdoor sitting/grilling area. Appreciated hosts input prior to our arrival as far as warning about no cell phone coverage, grocery stores suggestions and other helpful tips. We would study again if we are back in the area!

Very enjoyable

We enjoyed this off grid Polebridge property very much. It was exactly the break we needed from our hectic lives to unplug and remove ourselves from technology and simply enjoy life.

A Great Stay!

This cabin was much larger and nicer than we expected. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had several nice evenings around the firepit. They are correct when they say that if you close up n the morning it is cool in the evening! Very nice! The hummingbirds kept us entertained on the comfortable front porch, and we had a great 5-night stay. Our only complaint was that we had to wash the dishes before using them. I don't know if that's a complaint to them or to whomever used the cabin before us.

We have shared a love for the outdoors and an affinity for the Northwest. We have experienced some unique locations in our travels but nothing of this kind. We have a passion for camping, rafting, backpacking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking and mountain biking. We are a hard working, honest and respectful family. We spent the summer of 2013 completely renovating our cabin and are not afraid to invest sweat equity. We are personable, enjoy serving people and want to share this exclusive part of Montana with like-minded guests.

We wanted a place remote, serene and accessible to a part of Montana that embodies the rugged outdoor adventure. We chose this cabin in Polebridge, MT because it accentuates all of those attributes including panoramic views of the Whitefish Mountain Range and Livingston Mountain Range of Glacier National Park (GNP). Situated on the west side of GNP, you have access to trails, lakes, rivers, forests, meadows, mountains and the park. We always wanted to own an 'off the grid' property and have the ability to escape for a weekend not spending half of it in the car. Polebridge is a one of a kind, out of the way location which has an almost timeless feel. We call it 'Little Alaska'. If you are seeking a connection with your adventurous outdoor spirit and wish to make unforgettable memories in a natural environment we want to help you achieve that desire.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The log cabin has a rustic feel inside and out. Assembled from logs directly in the Polebridge area it was constructed in 1981. We completely renovated the exterior by sanding, refinishing and chinking the logs in the summer of 2013. A charming full covered front porch and partial covered rear porch accent this ranch style cabin, perfect for lounging out of the sun. Placed in a meadow, full circle views of beautiful mountain ranges and an uninhibited night sky sets this cabin apart. This is a spacious cabin at 1200 sq. ft. with a large living room. Tongue and groove pine wall and ceiling accents and many updates including new stove, faucets, beds, mattresses and kitchen floor are a few of the amenities offered. However, the best amenity for any 'off the grid' property is a full functioning bathroom. A running sink, flushing toilet and a hot shower after your day outside is real commodity! Just a short walk to the iconic and historical Polebridge Mercantile and the Northern Lights Saloon. Approx. 1 mile to the Polebridge North Fork River launch access and the Bowman, Kintla Lake Ranger Station. 30 minutes to the west entrance of GNP and Apgar Village. Many different outdoor activities make this property any outdoor enthusiast will appreciate.
