Private Heated Pool, close to Lake Michigan beaches.

Come and enjoy your own private heated pool. You can walk or take a 4 min drive to a dead-end into lake Michigan the beach access point is known as Brucker Beach. Spend the day on the water soaking in the sunshine. Brucker Beach is a small public beach or drive to the Grand Haven state park and spend a day on the big beach, close to the light house, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants.

Inside the house
The house is very well maintained and fully furnished for a well relaxing vacation. There are 3 bedrooms 1st bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd Queen and 3rd bedroom Bunk bed twin on top and full size bunk bed on lower. Front room has a full size queen sleeper couch.
The family room has 2 full size leather couch's.
Washer and dryer, just off the kitchen.
Internet, with 2 TV

The kitchen is updated with granite and stainless steel appliance.
Long drive way with Basketball net.

Best of all in the in ground heated pool. This is private to our home and is professionally maintained.

Perfect spot

Perfect spot for family! Kids loved the pool! Private yard and quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, town, restaurants. Our 2nd stay here and likely will return again.

Grand Haven Summer 2023

This is the second time staying here. Convenient to a public access (short walk) and to most things in Grand Haven maybe a 10 minute drive. Overall a great location for a family vacation.

Great pool, great location, great stay!

Property was private and the family loved the pool, and the house I think actually nicer than the pictures made it look online. :) Any/only minor issues or questions that came up on the stay were immediately responded to and soon thereafter solved by owner as well. Would love to get a chance to stay again..

Great family vacation house

The location worked perfectly for us—very quick drive to downtown Grand Haven and grocery stores. Even the 2 year old was able to walk to the beach with us! The neighborhood was very quiet and the heated pool was a big hit. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our visit and will probably book again in the future 😊

There is something for everyone here! Swimming pool or beach they have you covered. Close to downtown or everything you need to never leave. It was perfect.

Great location, nice house

This house was very cozy, perfect for my family, including my 2 year old. Short walk or drive to the beach, and the pool if we weren’t feeling like going as far. The weather was absolutely perfect, so we spent lots of time outside. The property managers were very responsive to questions we had before and during our stay. Would come here again!

Relaxing getaway

Enjoyed our stay! Location is great—close enough to downtown but quiet and in the woods. Heated pool was great, especially since weather was unseasonably cool. Lots of wild fauna seen from house including deer, wild turkeys, bald eagle, red shouldered hawks, and many other native birds. Family room has comfortable furniture and kitchen has everything you need.

Excellent place to stay!

Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The house is clean, with plenty of space and has everything you need. The pool is fantastic!! We love watching sunsets at the private beach up the street. We have enjoyed renting this vacation home several times over the years.. Susan is great to work with and always so helpful with any questions.

This was a perfect home away from home! The neighborhood is great- quiet street. Quick walk to the beach and a very short 5 min drive to downtown Grand Haven. The pool was nice and warm. My husband loved the water pressure in the house! Loved- not the right word- being ableTo do laundry there and not have to bring it all home to do. We would 100% stay again at this house.

Quiet and Private

This house offers everything it promised. It was so quiet in the neighborhood and the pool area just can't be beat. The local public beach was sort of a tiny let down but overall this was a great experience.

A great place for a family getaway!

We love the area! This was our second time staying in this wonderful vacation home. It’s well maintained, spacious, private, and has everything you need. My family had a blast in the pool! The weather cooled off during our stay. The owner was very accommodating & prompt, sent someone out to adjust the heat in the pool for us. We’ve made a lot of wonderful family memories in the area & this home. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

This house had everything! The host was easy to communicate with and the house was wonderful. We loved the very clean pool which had entry steps for our toddler. Everything in the house was immaculately clean. Plenty of different areas for us to congregate including a huge family room. Lots of games and books provided. Great location! We'll be back!

Grand Haven vacation rental

We were very pleased with the home we rented from Suson. There are two complete in separate living areas, living rooms, plus a large kitchen area, and three bedrooms. Could not have asked for more with the house. Then, there is the amazing heated, swimming pool. We enjoyed the pool every day that we were there. We definitely rent this house again. We also enjoyed visiting the beach, which is just a short walk from the house. We were able to see beautiful sunsets from that beach as well.

Very Nice Sized Pool, perfect temperature. Short walk to beach, short drive to downtown, main beach. A few things left behind from prior guests that weren’t picked up, no big deal at all. Overall great stay, I would recommend.

Great Friends Weekend Getaway

The pictures don't really do this house justice! Our friend group had such a great time here - the private pool was exactly what we were looking for (especially during a pandemic)! The kitchen was great and we loved the TV/game room, too We would definitely come back!

Sweet Summertime

This was our second trip to this rental. It is just delightful. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely home and a gorgeous pool heated to just the right temperature. I have a feeling we will return again!

My Grandfather had been coming to Grand Haven since 1912. He passed at the early age of 100 in 2004. He built a grand summer home on lake Michigan in 1943 and the family continued to add on to the house until 1990's. With 9 grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren. The house started to become to small for all of my relatives. So in 2014, my family and my sisters family decided to buy our own home a block away from my Grandfathers.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My family and I enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We also enjoy heading to Rosy Mound and hiking the trails. We also enjoy heading into town to the little shops. We especially like going to the Pump House for some frozen yogurt. We purchased this house especially since the Michigan water is usually cold in the month of June and by having a heated pool you can enjoy the pool every day.
