There is shared street parking. Events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors for safety and environmental reasons. When using the pool, proper swimwear is required and diving is not allowed. Music should be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the neighbors. Check-in and check-out times are flexible; just confirm your approximate arrival time in advance so we can welcome you personally.



The property is surrounded by nature, near Garraf Natural Park, with easy access to Vilafranca, Vilanova, and Sitges. The AP7, C-15, and C-31 highways are close by and the airport is very near. To explore the area comfortably and freely, we recommend having your own vehicle or renting a car upon arrival, as the property is in a rural setting.
