Summary:

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:



- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)



The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra).



Between November - March the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.



The Space:

This tastefully renovated villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the sunny village of Beniarbeig and offers wonderful views of Dénia Castle, as well as a charming palm park directly opposite the property.



The stylishly furnished villa provides everything needed for a relaxing holiday and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.



All rooms are on one level. The villa features two double bedrooms, two modern shower rooms, and a bright and spacious living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, with direct access to a spacious terrace featuring a newly installed summer kitchen with an additional refrigerator, tumble dryer, and electric table grill.



In total, the villa offers three covered terraces. The pool and outdoor shower are easily accessible from all terrace areas.



There are plenty of sun loungers and relaxing spaces around the house, both in the sun and in the shade.



Guests can also enjoy a small fruit and herb garden. A covered carport is available for your vehicle. The fully fenced property is equipped with an alarm system for added security.

Getting Around:

A small supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, while the La Marina Shopping Centre can be reached by car in approximately 8 minutes and offers a variety of supermarkets and shops.



Several restaurants are located within 600 to 900 metres and are easily accessible on foot. The coastal town of Déniaand several beautiful sandy beaches are only about 15 minutes away by car.



The golf courses Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf can be reached in just 10 to 14 minutes.



The Valencia Airport and Alicante-Elche Airport are both approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away. The motorway access is only 8 minutes from the villa.
